Merci beaucoup à Yvan pour son accueil et la qualité de son logement. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour pour le week-end de Pâques dans son logement. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement, qui est très bien situé (proche de la plage et des restaurants).

I just cannot describe how much of a paradise this house/location is. Rossa and her father were extremely kind and helpful. Gifts, great smiles and availability. Everything clean and tidy. The house is equipped with everything we need to be comfortable. Restaurants and supermarket at walking distance. The outside shower is delicious. The location is priceless. The amount of peace that we got there cannot be described. Please, don’t change your mind about being WiFi free!!! We will surely be back.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questa villetta fronte mare in una posizione unica per il suo genere a due passi dal centro di Torre Colimena, dalle spiaggie e dall'oasi Saline Monaci. Si tratta di una casa tipicamente "marina" arredata con amore dal proprietario (o, meglio, da sua moglie). Tutto veramente a dimensione d'uomo. Per chi ama la tranquillità, il mare, i tramonti e la natura ed ha voglia di ritrovare sè stesso. Direi una vacanza stupenda in una posizione da sogno.

Ho alloggiato in questa splendida casa per le vacanze di Natale con la mia famiglia. Locali grandi e molto accoglienti,la casa arredata con gusto ed eleganza, in cucina non mancava proprio nulla.Gli spazi esterni molto curati. La signora Lorella è una persona fantastica ci ha accolto con calore e ci ha coccolati nel vero senso della parola facendoci trovare addobbi Natalizi, un cestino di benvenuto, ci ha portato la mattina dopo al nostro arrivo dei pasticciotti caldi buonissimi e la mattina di Natale dei dolci tipici fatti da lei, i purcedduzzi. Ringrazio di cuore la signora Lorella e suo marito per tutto!

Nous avons passés une semaine dans cette petite maison idéalement située à 50m de la plage et avec un toit terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la mer = TOP Petit bémol sur la salle d’eau car la douche est petite, nous nous en sommes sortis mais cela peut être compliqué pour d’autres personnes. Réveillés le matin par les travaux des voisins mais Michele n’en est pas responsable. Pour finir sur une note positive, les voisins directs sont extrêmement sympathiques et le limoncello fait maison était délicieux 🤤

L’appartamento è favoloso, così come il terrazzo affacciato sul mare. Giorgio, il marito di Stefania, è stato un host fantastico, ci ha dato preziosi consigli su cosa vedere, ristoranti ecc. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Molto consigliato :)

Es war wirklich perfekt. Das Appartement sieht genauso aus wie auf dem Fotos, einfach ein Traum. Luciano war ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber der uns mit zahlreichen Tipps versorgt hat und stets erreichbar war. Wir würden jederzeit wieder sein Appartement buchen und empfehlen es uneingeschränkt weiter. Einige plus Punkte: -Sehr hohe Räume für ein einzigartiges Raumklima -Klimaanlage -Badezimmer mit Fenster zum Lüften -Sehr hell -Super Lage - zentral und dennoch ruhig -Sehr sauber - gratis Parkplätze in den umliegenden Gassen - Innen wie neu -Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Gasherd, großer Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien …alles da was man braucht! Vielen Dank Luciano!

Wir hatten zu viert sehr viel Platz in Davides Haus, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, um ggf. auch als Selbstversorger zu urlauben, wenn mal kein Restaurant in der Umgebung offen hat und man nicht fahren möchte ;) Am frühen Morgen kann man auf der Dachterrasse super Yoga machen, nachmittags und abends lädt die Veranda zum Verweilen ein. Zum Abkühlen kann man in den kleinen Pool - oder etwa 100 Meter zum Meer gehen (Sandstrand!). Davide ist ein sehr engagierter Gastgeber, immer erreichbar, und hat viele Tipps für die Umgebung parat. Außerdem kann man mit ihm auch Ausflüge mit seinem Boot machen, was wir auch getan haben und zudem eine schöne Gelegenheit war, die Stadt Otranto (weiter im Süden) zu besichtigen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Bellissima villetta immersa nel verde ed a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia, in un villaggio recintato e sorvegliato, gode di ottimi spazi esterni attrezzati e fruibili tutto l'anno. Ci siamo stati per le vacanze pasquali ed il ponte con il 25 aprile ed abbiamo trovato la posizione ottima anche per visitare Taranto, Alberobello, Matera, Metaponto. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo anche perché l'host Nicola è molto disponibile e ci ha fatto trovare la villa davvero fornita di tutto: dal caffè al carbone per il barbecue esterno. Non si poteva chiedere di meglio per una famiglia di 4 persone con bambine al seguito.

Wir haben uns auf dem wunderschönen Anwesen sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Sitzplatz wie auch der Pool ist super zum entspannen, der Strand in Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche ist perfekt ausgerüstet. Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Kindern. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Anwesen hat drei Wohnungen, würde sich auch für mehrere Familien/Parteien eignen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Set in peaceful countryside close to the sea, Villa Rosmarini is a wonderful place to stay and explore the Salento region. The villa is comfortable, well equipped and spacious for a couple or four people. From the roof terrace you can relax and watch the sun set over the sea. Stefania was a very helpful, friendly and responsive host. It's very close to Nardo, a pretty Baroque town with good shops and restaurants, and also close to Gallipoli (great for seafood). The local beach at Porto Selvaggio is a real treat. Would definitely stay again when we hopefully come back.

Lanzilotti was a wonderful host— since we bike-packed to the location he made extra accommodations for us by giving us a safe place to store our bikes and made reservations for a taxi for our early departure to the train station. We were blown away by his kindness and the beauty of the surroundings, and the general setup of the BnB. However, the true beauty is in the nearby natural attractions and local people, you can’t beat the beaches and water of Specchiolla, it was a pristine and uncrowded paradise in October. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return!

Buongiorno Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento di recente. Casa pulitissima, proprietari disponibili e gentili mi hanno fatto sentire a casa, persino nel villaggio e le persone all'ingresso nella guardiola disponibile e cordiali. La sera a bordo piscina organizzavano sempre qualcosa. Direi che se non fosse che mi si è rotta la macchina e quest'anno il servizio navetta non partiva dal villaggio, sarebbero state perfette. We enjoyed a great family holiday at the nice beach of punto Prosciutto (off season!). Angelo and his wife were very kind and super professional hosts. A new Airbnb experience was that Angelo asked us to sign a separate contract and comittment to the rules of the house. Although the list of rules and instructions is quite long its only common sense behavior and a respectful treatment of his property that he asks for. So, no problem to sign. And the result is a well maintained and clean experience for all his guests. Some information is not so clear from the general description of the house but every information is given in the rules for the stay on the airbnb page which you should devinetively read prior to the booking: e.g. for a family of 4 you have only access to 2 sleeping rooms and the use of the Pool comes with an aditional fee of 7.50€ per erson per day. we didnt use the Pool since I was not sure whether my kids (5&7) would easily follow the rules for it. We enjoyed the sea!

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).

Obwohl wir spät angekommen sind war der Check In völlig problemlos - ebenso wie der Check out. Giovanni war immer erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet und immer eine gute Lösung gefunden, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine riesige Terrasse mit Meerblick auf der wir unser Frühstück genießen konnten. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war tadellos, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig in einer Seitenstraße- man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Stadt und am Meer. Giovanni und seine Frau Francesca sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus war geräumig und der Garten ideal für mit Kinder. Allessandra war sehr gut erreichbar. Der Empfang erfolgte über ihre Eltern, welche sehr nett waren. Danke für alles🙏🏻

la casa come da descrizione dista pochissimi metri dai lidi e dalla spiaggia libera in una settimana non ho mai avuto bisogno di prendere l auto per spostarmi .Paola è stata estremamente disponibile in quanto ho chiesto un checkout abbastanza mattutino per non imbattermi nel traffico .consigliatissima

Sabrina e la sua famiglia, sono disponibili e molto accoglienti, sembra di stare a "casa", l'appartamento e i suoi spazi sono perfetti , (noi eravamo in 4) e' dotato anche di un garage con posto auto. Posizione ottima 1 minuto per la spiaggia di scogli dove si puo fare snorkleeng oppure 7 minuti a piedi per la spiaggia di sabbia dove c'è un mare stupendo. Il lido è fornito di tutti i servizi necessari, per i piu esigenti a soli 15 minuti di macchina c'è Gallipoli dove si puo trovare qualsiasi cosa. Tutto perfetto. Consigliatissimo

alloggio molto spazioso, luminoso e confortevole,in un posizione strategica per raggiungere le località più belle del Salento. dotata di un bellissimo e spazioso giardino. dotata di tutte le comodità necessarie, cucina spaziosa e ben attrezzata. un alloggio davvero notevole.

Abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza. La casa di Maria ha tutte le caratteristiche descritte nell'annuncio. Segnalo in particolare cosa abbiamo apprezzato: vicinanza alla bellissima spiaggia di Torre Lapillo (raggiungibile in 1 minuto a piedi), possibilità di parcheggio interno dell'auto, presenza di condizionatori, ampiezza della casa, ampia terrazza dove è possibile mangiare (non abbiamo mai pranzato/cenato all'interno), presenza anche di doccia esterna. La casa si trova un po' fuori dal centro di Torre Lapillo (circa 1 km), la spiaggia anche in quel tratto è molto frequentata, quindi la via di giorno è sempre piena di macchine, il che rende talvolta difficile fare manovre per entrare/uscire se la propria auto è grossa. Non abbiamo conosciuto di persona la sig.ra Maria, che però è stata gentilissima e ci ha seguiti e contattati da remoto, con molte attenzioni e molti consigli. Sul posto ci ha accolto una persona di sua fiducia, che in ogni caso era disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliamo questa casa per vacanze in Salento, naturalmente in alta stagione troverete molta gente (come dappertutto). Se torneremo da queste parti la terremo presente perchè è molto comoda.

Wir waren 2 Wochen Anfang September zum Badeurlaub im Haus uns haben es sehr genossen. Die Lage ist prima, man kann zu Fuß zum Strand gehen und auch die Läden für den täglichen Bedarf sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus und auch der Aussenbereich sind liebevoll gestaltet und man kann sich sehr wohlfühlen. Der abgeschlossene Parkplatz am Haus ist auch von Vorteil. Nach dem Strand ging es erst mal in die Aussendusche, einfach himmlisch ! Miriana und Piero sind sehr liebe Gastgeber, falls mal ein Problem auftaucht helfen sie sofort. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!!

Wir durften zehn herrliche Tage im Bellavista verbringen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch, von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Meerblick, wir haben es geliebt, draußen bei Meeresrauschen zu frühstücken. Das Städtchen Porto Cesareo erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Francesca ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sie ist jederzeit erreichbar und bei Problemen sehr hilfsbereit.
