Enjoy your stay at our comfortable cottage, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood off the White River (10 min. from downtown & Broadripple; less than 5 min. drive from Newfields, 100 Acre Woods, and Butler University; AND walking distance to the Fitness Farm). Feel at home in this fully furnished cottage, with its up-to-date kitchen, cozy bedroom and tech-friendly living room, equipped with hi-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix and YouTube TV. Our carriage house (built 2019) sits behind our historic home on the near eastside of Indianapolis. We curated the space with the modern traveler in mind- from the design to the local coffee and art. We want your stay to give you the comforts of home while inspiring you by the city we love! A bright and modern space in a downtown neighborhood close to everything Indy has to offer! We look forward to welcoming you to a private suite that is the guest quarters in our home. You’ll have a private entrance & 3 rooms to yourself. There’s a living room with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a queen-size bed - nightstands, dresser and closet space with hangers for your use - and a newly remodeled full bathroom. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.

Cozy Tiny House Nestled in the Trees

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In a charming tiny house surrounded by trees and birdsong, you can unplug and relax without going too far off the beaten path. Only a 15 minute drive from downtown, we’re conveniently located between Fountain Square, Irvington, Beech Grove, and Wanamaker. Curl up with a cup of tea and a good book, sit on the patio and watch for deer, or take a walk around our fledgling 9-acre permaculture farm.

Welcome to our serene Little House in suburban Indianapolis. Perfect for two guests, it features a king-sized bed, a queen-sized pull-out couch, and a Roku TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, induction stove, microwave, and coffee station. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink.
