This is an above-the-garage apartment at my primary home with it's own living space, separate entrance and private patio with grill. This 600 sq. foot cottage has two small bedrooms, and a common area with all the necessary amenities. Where you can enjoy the local restaurants ,shops and science learning or jump on the ferry to Marta’s Vineyard.
