The Vista Villa

Welcome to The Vista Villa, Vermillion's premier short term accommodations! Whether gathering with friends for a collegiate event or hosting a family holiday, this home is sure to accommodate inside & out. The full kitchen dawns an oversized quartz island with seating for 6. The backyard features a deck with privacy wall ideal for grillin’ & chillin’. There is off and on-street parking available as well as a 2-stall garage. All three bedrooms host their own bathroom. The primary suite features a walk-in tiled shower with rain shower head, king sized bed, double closets, and patio door access to the deck. All bedroom closets include organizers, suitable for extended stays! There is also a half bath for extra guests to utilize.

Country living at it’s best! Located 6 miles from Randolph , Ne. Quite , peaceful country style of living! Have a small pond on site for your viewing pleasure and relaxing times with a full swing set for the young at heart fun times! My shed is heated during the winter months! FYI The Loft bedroom and TV room are located upstairs from the kitchen (Please bring your own food for meals! ) and bathroom are on the bottom floor! Recently add washer and dryer system! New central Air conditioning !

Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. Mulberry bend and lookout on the Missouri River are close by. Mullbery bend has a boat dock less than 1/4 mile from the cabin. Lots of boating and kayaking on this part of the Missouri River. The cabin is less than a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Vermilion South Dakota and 30 minutes from Yankton , SD. Lewis and Clark recreational area.
