Can easily accommodate two adults plus 1 child at no extra cost (queen bed + sofa). Own carpark, outdoor kitchen sink with hot/cold water. Toaster, microwave, electric frypan, small BBQ available. Unlimited wifi. Access to washing machine. Complimentary tea & coffee. ** N.B. there is no hot plate or kitchen sink inside the dwelling. **

Wheatstone Studio

Our modern, architecturally designed detached studio is the perfect accommodation for couples or individuals looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Situated on a hectare block with a relaxing rural outlook our house is walking distance (1500m) to Wainui Beach and a short (5 min) drive to Gisborne city. The perfect location! Our studio mixes a luxurious but informal bach aesthetic it’s the ideal place to unwind, relax and enjoy Gisborne. BBQ and surfboard available on request.

Magnolia Cottage

Enjoy the quiet area. Listen to all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is no kitchen, but there is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle.

Our spacious and comfortable retreat is located in central Gisborne, only a short stroll (200m) away from Ballance Street Village, where you will find great food, coffee and many other bare necessities (post, gift shop, florist, pharmacy, liquor store, etc). Your sunny room is self-contained and situated in a private area of the house with independent access and contactless entry system. Enjoy a luxury king bed, Wi-Fi, TV (freeview, Netflix), workspace and kitchenette.

Pikowai is a beautiful expanse of beach, where you can go for a stroll or do some surf casting. Centered in the middle of the Bay, take a day-trip to Whakatane, Rotorua or Mt Maunganui.

Bush haven private studio

Surrounded by the bush, our unique cosy studio is a welcome retreat. Breakfast and good coffee is provided for our guests. Situated at the top of a hill with good views. We are within walking distance to the beautiful Nga Tapuwai o Toi walking track, 5 mins drive to Ohope beach and Whakatane town. Listen to the call of native birds, including Kiwi. Sit on the deck and watch the sun go down. This is a great place to unwind and relax.

The Studio

Welcome to my secluded, peaceful hideaway. The studio is a large open plan space. Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!

Whether you’re here for a relaxing beach break, a work trip, or a surf session, our cozy tiny house is the perfect base for your stay.

Seagull Cottage - a riverside bach near the beach.

Being right on the river, only a short stroll to the beach, and next to all the bike trails - it's the perfect holiday home to enjoy all your favorite activities from boogie boarding, biking and fishing to reading, napping and board games. This little bach brings it all together in the perfect location with a big garden and sunrise/sunset seat overlooking the river.
