Filled with antiques and refurbished furniture, pianos, and organs. This is our third cabin we have installed on our four acre property. There is an exclusive 6 person hot tub off the veranda and the sauna is only steps away.

Sidmount House was built in 1845 and is one of Charlottetown's significant heritage buildings. It is located in one of the best neighbourhoods in Charlottetown and is easily accessible to the rest of the Province's beaches and attractions. It is a five minute drive to downtown, shopping, night life, restaurants, the beautiful waterfront boardwalk and the famous gem - Victoria Park. The apartment is attached to Sidmount House yet has its own entrance, driveway and walkway.

Welcome to 2025. Rick and I are looking forward to your visit. We are located in a rural setting, only 3 minutes to Cornwall, which features all the amenities you would need. We are just west of Charlottetown, a 12 minute drive away. The rental unit is the entire bottom floor which is a walk out. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large common room with a kitchenette. Separate entrance, and plenty of parking.

Our home is the perfect mix of peace and convenience. Tucked away on a quiet dead-end street, it’s the ideal spot to relax and recharge while still being close to so many Island attractions. The house is spotless, fully stocked, and designed for comfort. Golf courses, beaches, and other local attractions are all within easy reach, making our home a great base for both relaxation and adventure.

This 150 year old country cottage will take you to a tranquille place overlooking country fields and the West river and Clyde rivers. The 64 acre property offers private hiking trails that lead through hardwood and softwood forests, fresh water springs, along the Clyde river and beside farm fields. Explore the beach at low tide or swim/paddle at high tide. Enjoy a picnic at the river.
