Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

Gezellig verblijf voor 2 gasten in een kasteelhoeve in een prachtige omgeving. De kasteelhoeve is onderdeel van een historische buitenplaats. Verblijf heeft een eigen entree, hal met toilet, woonkamer / keuken en op de bovenverdieping een slaapkamer met een luxe bed en badkamer met douche en toilet. De keuken is volledig ingericht met koelkast, afwasmachine, oven en magnetron. Heerlijke koffie via een Nespresso koffiezetter. Interessante korting bij boeking voor week of maand.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage und ist über eine Aussentreppe erreichbar. Hier befindet sich auch eine kleine Terasse, die genutzt werden kann. Die Wände innen sind mit Lehmstreichputz verputzt, der Fußboden mit Dielenbretter ausgelegt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus und Bahn) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine regelmäßige Verbindung nach Aachen, Herzogenrath oder die Niederlande ist in 10-15 Min. Fußweg zu erreichen.

Dit sinds mei 2022 geheel nieuw buitenverblijf inclusief privé hottub is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de echte rust en natuurliefhebber, fietser of wandelaar. In april 2023 is dit verblijf nog unieker geworden door de aangelegde natuurtuin. Hier kan men in alle rust genieten van alles wat de natuur te bieden heeft. Voel je vrij om hier een wandeling door heen te maken Centraal gelegen in het heuvelland ten opzichte van Valkenburg, Maastricht, Gulpen en Aken.

Deze tussenwoning maakt deel uit van het woongedeelte van onze boerderij ( melkveebedrijf ) , en is gelegen aan een doodlopende weg met rondom schitterend uitzicht op de omringende weilanden en het unieke 5* heuvellandschap. Het woongedeelte van het huis is boven, gelegen onder het dak op de 3de verdieping. (woonkamer, keuken en badkamer met bad ). Hierdoor heb je rondom vrij uitzicht over de weilanden en het schitterende Limburgse land.

Studio in karakteristiek Herenhuis

Bij studio Tweij & Vitsig verblijf je in een gedeelte van een zeer karakteristiek herenhuis. Je hebt een eigen ingang die te bereiken is via 3 trapjes. Via de hal loop je de studio binnen. De studio heeft hoge muren van 3,40 meter. wat karakteristiek is voor dit pand. In de zomer blijft het dan ook lekker koel. De studio is met hoogwaardige materialen afgewerkt. Vanuit het terras heb je uitzicht over de uitgestrekte weilanden en de geul.

Vakantiehuisje ‘A gen ling’

Het betreft een gehele woning met op de begane grond; woonkamer met open keuken van alle gemakken voorzien, hal en toilet. Op de eerste verdieping twee slaapkamers en een badkamer voorzien van douche, wastafel en toilet. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Combimagnetron aanwezig Koffie apparaat aanwezig ( Senseo en filterkoffie) Water koker aanwezig Tevens een apart afsluitbaar (fietsen-)schuurtje.

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away.
