It’s been converted to living space for several years now. Located in a central Northside location close to walking trails, walking bridge Security cameras are located on all exterior doors of our property Parking for one vehicle only We have a cafe serving coffee, tea, espresso, sandwiches and baked goods located at the front of the building.

Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.

When given the opportunity, this is the perfect escape to view deer and wild turkeys! Take an adventure wheeling, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or hiking.
