Everything about the home is beautiful and perfect. Brent was easy to communicate with, responsive, and gave helpful and thorough instructions for check-in and check out. The house was a corner unit and had a lot of privacy. We could not get over how beautiful the front and backyard were! The Jacuzzi was hot and had no issues. The location was perfect, it was a short walk down to the beach, and lots of restaurants nearby. The house more than comfortably fit the six of us, and I thought it was nice that there’s an option to add on another room for an additional price. Huge bonus, the beds and linens were exquisite! I would absolutely seek this listing out again in the future.

We had an amazing stay! Katy and her team were so helpful and responsive. The house was spotless, the hot tub was amazing, and we feels right at home.

My family and I really enjoyed this beautiful property. The house was clean, nicely furnished and decorated, had comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms. The crib was especially cosy and nicely made up for my baby grandson. The kitchen was large enough for multiple persons to cook together, which we did for our family breakfasts. The outside was truly lovely and the heavenly scent of wisteria and orange blossom was everywhere on the rear patio, the front veranda and even on the bocce court. We had a great time and couldn’t have asked for more.

Our 2nd stay here, and we still loved it so much. Quiet but close to everything, so many thoughtful touches (hampers in every bedroom, for example!) and perfect for our family of 4. Kelly was very responsive and friendly. Comfortable beds. Love this place, highly recommend!

Had a great stay! The place was clean and spacious. Instructions for check in and out were easy, and Jennifer communicate everything up front and well before my trip which made planning super convenient. Beautiful view is the surrounding mountains and super close drive to town. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

This place is really special. The yard has a spa-like vibe and the interior atmosphere is so charming, with an adorable vintage-bohemian style, nice linens and kitchenware, a fun record player, and zero clutter. The beauty of this home really added to our enjoyment of our trip!

My wife and I were down in LA for a surgery and couldn't have found a better place to stay. It was close to Ventura Blvd where you can get access to some great places to eat or other groceries so you can cook at the house. We had an excellent time and Lisa, as a host, matched the excellence of this home. My wife and I have already discussed coming back down to visit and potentially bring some family along. You will not be disappointed!

We had a great time staying here. The hot tub was a huge benefit and we liked having two individual units. Everything was very clean and Kristy was super responsive and helpful

What a beautiful place. It was amazing to get the ocean views and everything was so close by. It was easy to get around. Full kitchen was amazing for those days we just kinda wanted to hang around. Highly recommend this place. Would love to come back in the future

This is the second time I've stayed at Sean's place and loved it even more than the first time: the place felt like coming home! I love how cozy and comfortable the place is, how it feels secluded even though it's located on a busy road, how conveniently located it is, close to bus and metro lines and the Wholefoods just down the road. Sean is a super host; really reliable, responsive and kind. I'm hoping to stay at Sean's place again the next time I'll be in LA and looking forward to it already!

Such a great place. Amazing location, exactly how described, super clean and very comfortable. Maureen's communication was clear, friendly and helpful. Loved the welcome note and the rosé and alllll the extras that Maureen provided ---anything you could possibly need in the bathroom and kitchen plus dog treats and lollypops! Amazing location--great coffee places and restaurants to walk to plus the Mission. Super quiet and a totally cute complex. And a 12 minute drive to see our son at UCSB. PERFECT! Great place to stay for my husband and I during our trip to Santa Monica! It was exactly as advertised and very clean. Good location that was walking distance to the pier and the promenade. Included parking spot was a bonus.

Great place to stay for the week. Joesph was quick to respond to any questions that we had and was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in.

We had a wonderful visit! This was the perfect location for us to stay with our dog and explore the area. John and his family were so welcoming and helpful, and walking on the dog-friendly beach was the perfect way to start and end each day. We highly recommend this flat and plan to return!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Betten waren wirklich super bequem! Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig, aber die Restaurants und Shops sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit den Nachbarn, aber Landon & Evie haben super reagiert. Wir können die Wohnung der beiden auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

This was my second stay at Jane's place and I enjoyed it even more than the first time. It is conveniently located, just a few blocks from East beach, grocery chopping and restaurants. The place is clean, well furnished with everything I needed in the kitchen to make dinner for friends while I was there. And Jane was proactive, providing me early access and very accommodating allowing me to leave an hour later than planned. I will stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

Wonderful location. Extremely short and safe walk to the beach. House is extremely spacious and all eight of us could spread out In both indoor and outdoor living spaces. We were very happy with this place! Kids loved the upstairs recreation space.

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

absolutely STUNNING!!!! pictures do not do this place justice and the waves that crash up makes the world's most peaceful sleep!!! My husband LOVED the shower the water pressure was the best and the water got super hot! beds were comfy, everything was clean and neat, parking was private and everything was exceptional!! thank you so much

We had a great time at Mo's place . It was exactly as advertised , very clean and had pretty much everything we needed for our trip with our toddler. Very close to Venice beach and in a quiet homely neighborhood. Mo was a great host , very responsive and accomodating .

Sweet spot right in the water. It was very relaxing and just the right he size.
