This house was built in the mid-century style & we have continued that tradition for a comfortable "back in time" experience. Right at the heart of downtown Melissa, you are only a short distance from local shops, salons, and restaurants. It is also only a 7-minute drive to The Z-Plex Texas Sports Village. There is one king-sized bed, one queen, and two twin beds that can be pulled out and put in either of the bedrooms. In the living space, there are two seating areas and a shuffleboard table.

Thank you for your interest in our home, located in McKinney’s historic district. The house was built in 1897 and is listed on the historic registry. Our family grew up in this home. Starting in 2013, we spent 4 years renovating and finding ways to incorporate original details into an improved layout. We think you'll enjoy many of the historic features which were restored.
