A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom, with a double bed and ample cupboard and drawer space.

If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly. We have a strict poo pick up policy.

Accessed from a spiral staircase, it is on the 1st floor, and is completely self contained and private. The large patio has outside seating for dining al-fresco whilst taking in the stunning views of fields and the Mendips. Peaceful, rural location, but only 5 minutes drive to the City of Wells. There is plenty of off-road parking.

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
