It is located within walking distance to Amtrack, downtown shops and restaurants, and a beautiful bike/walking path that follows a winding creek. Merced College, UC Merced, Lake Yosemite and the hospital are a short drive away. Yosemite, Bay Area and the gold country are a 1-2 hours drive away.

Cozy studio for one or two persons (be sure to be specific about how many people is staying at the studio during the booking), makes you feel at home. The Studio is located in East Olive. We have very comfortable full size bed. Studio is close proximity to grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and gas station. UC Merced, and Hospital all within 10 minute driving distance. Pets are welcome but please let me know in advance about them. Book minimum two nights. Book for one night are not accepted

We are located 19 miles from North America's largest floating, inflatable aqua park Splash-n-Dash. Great summer fun !!
