Enjoy the lovely views from our one bedroom apartments, each with a queen bed and ensuite. The outdoor furniture on the private balcony is a great place to watch the boats come and go in the harbour. These apartments have spacious living areas with flat screen televisions and SKY TV. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and hobs. Each apartment also has full laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer. Please note some furniture may vary between apmts.

The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a hoiday meal - a range of appliances, pantry basics and condiments. Simpsons beach is just across the road, and Whitianga’s shops, cafes, and restaurants are just a 5-minute drive away.

A beautiful loft-style cottage on a private property only moments from Cooks Beach. Take in the serenity of this coastal Hamptons style space, complete with a kitchenette, ensuite, lounge area and private deck. Here you can relax and enjoy a drink overlooking the landscaped gardens, with only the native quail birdsong and ocean waves to be heard. Open plan living measuring 7m x 5.3m with queen sized bed. Living area, spacious bathroom, towels and soap provided. Kitchenette has sink, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwhich maker, fridge, jug, bistro style table and chairs. Coffee, tea, milk, and sugar supplied.
