We did a complete top to bottom remodel of our light-filled, large and cozy 2 story townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms -- all with heated floors. The great room overlooking the river is perfect for relaxing or entertaining after a day on the mountain -- summer or winter. The pool and two hot tubs only add to the fun!! We are just 1.5 blocks to City Market and the center of Aspen. You don't need a car, but we have parking if you have one !! We do not have air conditioning.

Go for a ski day or a round of golf and then relax in the fire place living room or outside fire pit/bbq with a well deserved refreshment. Great place for couples and friends! Comfortable for 6 and cozy for 8.

Licensed through the Land County Land Use License #2026-P8, allowing 4 guests only. Please DO NOT bring additional guests. No cleaning fee. Winter guests: Easy access to town. Deck and grill with views of the beautiful Woody Creek canyon. Watch the Hawks and Bald Eagles soar and maybe get lucky with an Elk spotting or two.
