Siamo stati nella splendida tenuta di Nieves per una settimana. È stato un vero dispiacere andarsene… lasciare il luogo e lasciare le persone… siamo stati accolti da Nieves, la sua famiglia e i suoi animaletti domestici come se fossimo amici da sempre… abbiamo passato splendide serate a parlare in loro compagnia e la presenza di Nieves è stata fondamentale per scoprire luoghi incantevoli della Puglia. Casa ideale anche per bambini che sono liberi di esplorare la natura e vivere i profumi di quella splendida terra in un ambiente sicuro e amorevole! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Great communication with the owner. Responded very quick. Valeria welcomed us upon arrivals . The place was in perfect t peaceful place in very short distance to the town. Nice cosy and clean house with massive garden and amazing views to the seaside. Sunrise like this is a dream! Highly recommend. We had an amazing stay. Thank you Valeria!

L’endroit est vraiment superbe avec un jardin et une terrasse idylliques. A l’intérieur, le plafond voûté et l’immense salle de bains sont magnifiques et il y fait très bon vivre. Marina et son mari sont aux petits soins, et l’endroit est idéal pour aller visiter tous les sites des Pouilles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous sommes sentis vraiment accueillis par des hôtes formidables. Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

Logement impeccable avec toutes les commodités. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Het huisje van Francesca was een fantastische plek voor ons gezin om een paar nachten te verblijven. Francesca is een hele fijne host, die goed bereikbaar was voor overleg, en op de afgesproken tijd op ons stond te wachten. De omgeving is heel rustig, tussen de olijfboomgaarden en wijngaarden. Het is heel bijzonder om in een traditionele trullo te slapen, het huisje was echt heel fijn, en groot genoeg voor ons gezin (met 3 meiden van 10, 12 en 14 jaar). De bedden waren erg prettig om in te slapen. Het kraanwater is niet drinkbaar. Omdat het niet bij een stad of dorpje ligt moet alles wel met de auto worden gedaan.

Excellent location. Helpful and responsive host. Great views of the water. Comfortable bed and big kitchen. Quirky layout with lots of rooms. Bathrooms are small. We enjoyed our stay.

La maison de Ciro est très agréable, bien décorée et il y a tout ce qu’il faut, voire plus. Le jardin est magnifique et la piscine un vrai atout avec ses spots bronzage, apéro et plus. Elle est au calme et à 5 mn en voiture de grottaglie où il y a de nombreux restaurants et de très bons commerces. L’accueil de ciro a été très chaleureux. Il est très disponible et flexible. C’est une personne très sympathique et gentille ainsi que son épouse. Les chats sont adorables. Nous recommandons vivement et chaleureusement Ciro et sa maison où nous avons passé d’excellents moments.

Mooie oude kelderruimte modern ingericht. Leuk tuintje en centraal gelegen. Alles correct verlopen. Het ontbijt dat hij voorzag vonden wij niet nodig. wat droge koekjes confituur... Typisch Italiaans... Dus dat hoeft voor ons niet te worden voorzien, vermits we steeds graag een cornetto en een espresso gaan nuttigen als ontbijt. Er stonden ook 3 flessen wijn klaar (wel te betalen, maar zeer schappelijk) wat een echt welkom gevoel gaf. Bedankt Fabrizio!

The apartment looks amazing in the photos and even more amazing in person. We loved the beauty of the apartment, and it was very comfortable. We absolutely loved the terrace and the views from the windows. Everything was walkable. Parking was convenient. I would return in a minute!

Logement très agréable, bien situé pour visiter Lecce à pied. Il est charmant, propre et bien équipé. Il faudrait peut-être simplement préciser que la cabine de douche est un peu étroite et basse de plafond, pas très pratique quand on est grand 😉

Een heerlijk verblijf, ideaal gelegen om de oude stad te verkennen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Internet, kookgelegenheid, zithoek, bed en badkamer zijn perfect. Er is zelfs een kleine patio. Parkeren in Lecce is een beetje geluk hebben maar met de tips van Davide komt dat helemaal goed. Je hoort inderdaad wel wat geluid van de stad maar dat heeft wat mij betreft zijn charme en ‘s nachts is het vooral stil. Bezienswaardigheden, heerlijke restaurants en leuke barretjes zijn op elke straathoek te vinden. Vraag ook tips voor een mooie road trip aan Davide!

Our family of five had a wonderful week at this beautiful masseria. Peaceful, quiet and stunning surroundings. Close to discover cities in beautiful Puglia. We loved it!

Luigia's apartment is beautiful; it is so large that I kept losing my way. It is well-stocked with everything you could need for cooking and for comfort. The location is in the middle of everything. Luigia is extremely friendly and responsive to any need you may have. Our only difficulty was in parking our car in her garage. We rented a slightly largish vehicle, so it took us a couple of maneuvers to get it in the garage. Our advice is to rent a very small car to ensure no difficulties here.

We loved our stay here. Maria and Anna were always very helpful and responsive. The apartment is in a great area, 10 minutes walk from train station and right in the centre with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The apartment is very traditional and bigger than it looks in the photos. It has a great shower, air con, and washing machine. The roof terrace was great for getting clothes dry quickly. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. We stayed for 5 weeks and felt right at home. Would highly recommend.

הוילה נהדרת במיקום מושלם לטיולים באזור הזה של פוליה. יש במקום אופניים וקסדות. עצי הזית מסביב, הגינה המטופחת, הבריכה וכמובן העיירות הסמוכות עם המסעדות המצוינות אפשרו לנו לחוות חופשה נהדרת. חופי הים לא רחוק מאוסטוני, אלברובלו, לוקורוטודנו - במרחק נסיעה קצר יחסית. יש לקחת בחשבון שצריך רכב כדי להגיע ממקום למקום, הנסיעה בדרכי הכפר הציוריים היא חוויה בפני עצמה. הוילה עצמה - 3 חדרי שינה עם מיטות נוחות, 2 חדרי אמבטיה עם מים חמים. בחלק מהימים הקרים, ההסקה חיממה היטב. המטבח מאובזר בכל מה שצריך למי שבוחר לבשל. ביאטריס המקסימה פגשה אותנו ונתנה לנו טיפים נהדרים על מסעדות באזור ועזרה לנו במהירות בכל בקשה שהיתה לנו. היא גם השאירה לנו כיבוד נהדר ממטעמי המקום. הלוואי שנוכל להגיע שוב … אנחנו רוצים להודות לכם על האפשרות להיות בבית המקסים שלכם.

Mariangela set the tone of how wonderful our experience at her home would be, through all the communications. Her brother and mother stepped in, in-person to make sure we were settled in and, how can you not love her mother’s freshly baked caked? Amazing! Run and reserve your dates at Villa Sud-East. Mariella a été une hôte très accueillante et sympathique. Ses instructions étaient parfaitement claires et elle est restée tout le temps disponible pour nous. La villa est tout simplement magnifique, moderne et très bien aménagée. Toute la famille a passé un séjour de rêve dans ce petit coin de paradis. On s'est presque sentis comme des stars dans cette villa de luxe :-) à recommander sans hésitation.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. I don’t even know where to begin because everything was fabulous. We had the best time and we already want to come back! The setting is stunning, the house is pristine, and the location is great. You are removed from the towns but it’s well located and you can do a lot of day trips to other towns and beaches. Check in was great and we communicated with Giulio for everything and he was very responsive. I’

We loved Villa Aurelia. It was clean and spacious and the grounds on which the property stands is expansive and lush with olive trees, which our two little dachshunds loved. We felt right at home and stayed for nearly a month. Sofia was wonderful, kind, and available. The home itself has so much character and we loved the privacy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the location is the perfect base in which to explore Puglia. We loved it and would come back and stay again. The standout was our lovely hostess Sofia who made sure we were always looked after. We bought some of the olive oil that they make and it is wonderful. Thanks very much for such a wonderful stay- it made our 6 weeks in Puglia magnificent.

If you are looking for a villa in total tranquility and super close to the sea like we wanted, Villaria is the best solution! The interior is cared in every single detail, the kitchen is complete with every accessory and comfort, there are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, spacious and functional. The outdoor patio is very big and ideal for dining or having an aperitif during the sunset time, so peaceful! 😌 The villa is complete with a big swimming pool, parking slots and charging station for electric cars! The cleanliness of both the interior and exterior is impeccable! There are also both washer and dryer and the AC! Francesco was very kind and helpful Highly recommended!
