Ideal for business people and tourists. Come stay in the heart of East Dallas and enjoy the attractions nearby. Not suitable for social events.

The house is protected by ADT security, and there is a doorbell camera at the entrance and a smart lock for self entry.

Enjoy our personal touches throughout and a covered patio. Plenty of entertainment for the family, including a Sonos speaker, board games and Smart TVs with Disney+, Netflix and HBO Max!.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.
