Cozy Cottage Near the River

Cozy one bedroom cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Completely separated from the main house, you'll have your own kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower, and laundry. Close to the Golden Ears Bridge, the location is walkable to a small park overlooking the river, a dog park, as well as a larger park for kids to play. It is a quick drive to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Internet speed is 750 down and 100 up. No Ethernet ports but the wireless is dedicated to the cottage. Nearby are fantastic hiking trails on the Golden Ears, walks along the river, and several great golf courses. Just 15 minutes away over the bridge from historic Fort Langley. Toiletries are provided for up to a week, plenty of safe street parking, air conditioning is a standup unit that does a pretty good job of the whole place.

Located on the Sunshine Coast with incredible natural attractions and scenery. Ocean access directly in front of cottage. Skookumchuk Rapids is about 1 hour away. Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house.
