Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

Little House Mount Etna

Our homey Little House is a special place, on the north side of Mount Etna, far from the crowds. Enjoy the quiet of the countryside here, relaxing on the large terrace, listening to the birds. The attached Cactus garden is impressive. The Little House is in an ideal location for exploring Mt Etna, visiting wineries and other sights. It is 500 metres from the town. We can give you tips and answer your questions. We only accept guests that come with a rental car or with their own car.

Casa Rosa

The Pink House is divided in two independent apartments (see photos Casa Rosa A and B). Each apartment has one double bedroom, a large kitchen/living room with one couch bed and one bathroom with a shower. The apartment B also has one built in mezzanine with a two single beds. The house has been renewed in 2019, but its colors and frames have been kept unchanged just the way they were 100 years ago. You will be assigned Casa Rosa A or B depending on availability.

Immersa nella campagna di Taormina, a 10 minuti in auto dal Centro Storico e a 5 minuti in auto dal mare, la casa è dotata di una splendida piscina di acqua salata condivisa (aperta dal 1 Aprile al 31 Ottobre) e di un ettaro e mezzo di terreno interamente fruibile. E' composto da sala da pranzo, cucina attrezzata, camera da letto con 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 bagno ed ampio e panoramico terrazzo privato con vista sulla Valle dell'Alcantara e sull'Etna.

El Mediterraneo es un apartamento independiente para 2/4 personas, situado en la estructura “Finestra sul mare”. Dispone de cocina completa, baño con ducha walk-in, Wi-Fi, TV por satélite, aire acondicionado y caja fuerte. La encantadora terraza, ideal para desayunar por la mañana o cenar románticamente por la noche, es completamente cerrable y usable incluso en días frescos. Parking interno gratuito. Se necesita coche.
