Часто бываем по работе в Аджмане, и это лучший дом в городе, по моему мнению. Пляж через дорогу, много ресторанов, отличный вид. В квартире есть абсолютно все и даже больше. Хозяйка Алина встретила как старых друзей. Вернемся еще раз обязательно.

Place is exactly as described and in the photos. Simple, clean and comfortable. Fully stocked for my six week stay. Bed was comfortable and view spectacular. Place was quiet which was also a bonus. Be aware that the hill to the apartment is quite steep and that walk may not be for everyone. If you have a car, not a problem and plenty of parking.

I had a wonderful stay at Yiannos apartment. I spent 3 weeks there and felt very much at home. Yiannos is an excellent host and noting is too much trouble. He even loaned me a bike to get around which was very useful. The apartment was spacious and has everything you need. Very quiet location for undisturbed sleep. I was there late march / early April so Latchi was quiet but restaurants were open and very friendly and excellent food and good value. . The hiking trails close by are spectacular. I would definitely return to Yiannos apartment and can confidently recommend it. Thank you Yiannos for a wonderful stay. Ian

Amazing host and a great apartment with an amazing terrace and view! We and our senior cat Gizmo enjoyed every moment of our stay. The beach was super close too and the neighbourhood was calm and relaxed. We'd definitely choose staying here again!

방이 넓고 이불은 따뜻하고 집은 쾌적했다. 오션뷰가 너무 예뻤다. 가스레인지 사용방법을 몰라서 물어봤더니 친절하게 알려주셔서 감사했다. 처음부터 끝까지 친절하게 안내해주셔서 좋았다.

The apartment is in a great location, it's easy to take the bus to/from airport (number 612), and the town and beach are easily walkable. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants. You can also get buses to other beaches and towns. We stayed for a month so made full use of the kitchen and washing machine- there was everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay here. As someone else has reported- google maps is slightly incorrect. The actual property is about 100 metres up the road, and on the other side of road. (Also note that electricity is payable separately, I hadn't noticed that in the listing)

We had a great time at Alex's place. Everything was very clean, the beds were great sizes and comfortable with clean sheets that smelled delicious. Something small we needed was missing and it was sent over within minutes after I asked for it. The hosts were super responsive, helpful, and while the building is old, most are in Tel Aviv and it really doesn't matter. It's a ground floor apartment right at the entrance so it feels private. It's literally across the street from the beach - enjoy!

Peter's place offered me an amazing getaway with unbelievable view. the place was clean and had all basics that you would need. The private beach is so beautiful. I would definitely come back in the future.

A wonderful host in a stunning place...

Wir haben uns in Yiannis wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus und die Küche sind gut ausgestattet. Yiannis Mama hat uns ganz viele Welcome Geschenke gemacht, Obst, Gemüse, Kuchen, Wein, Bier. Zwischendurch kam sie vorbei, hat unsere Terrasse sauber gemacht und uns süße Teilchen mitgebracht.🥰 Auch sonst haben sich Yiannis und seine Mutter sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison da und hatten Fokus auf Wandern und die Gegend kennenlernen. Wer Ruhe, Entspannung und tolle Landschaft sucht ist hier genau richtig. Ich kann mir auch vorstellen, dass es im Sommer sehr schön dort ist, es gibt viele Tavernen, die meisten hatten zu als wir da waren, aber in der Saison kann man dort sicherlich einen schönen und entspannten Badeurlaub verbringen. Es lohnt sich auch die nah gelegene Umgebung zu erkunden, die Natur dort ist wunderschön und man soll sie auch respektieren.❤️

Sehr gute Lage, sauber und großzügige Räume. Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich gut- von den Handtüchern bis zu den Wäscheklammern, von Sonnenschirm über Waschmittel bis zu Duschgel- alles vorhanden. Wunderschöner Strand ca 2 Minuten Gehweg entfernt, schöne Strandbar vorhanden. Hilfreicher Gastgeber, Auto empfehlenswert, sehr netter, zyprischer Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca 3 km weit weg Ausgezeichnete Fischtaverne ist leicht fußläufig erreichbar.

София отличная и отзывчивая хозяйка. Дом находится в отличном месте, чтобы добраться куда угодно. Рядом были магазины, рестораны и пляжи ,кафе и тренажёры. 15 минут на машине до центра и 25 от аэропорта. В доме Очень чисто и комфортно всё продумано для отдыха с детьми. При проживании на Кипре необходим арендованный автомобиль, чтобы получить максимум пользы от отдыха. В папке было много мест, куда можно пойти, включая рестораны и достопримечательности, что было очень полезно. Спасибо за прохладнцю воду в холодильнике это было очень приятно. Наша семья отлично провела время в этом прекрасном доме!

Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben keine 50 Meter weg vom menschenleeren und sehr schönen Kiesstrand .Das Wasser war auch jetzt im September noch unfassbar warm und glasklar.Jeden Morgen wunderbar Schwimmen gewesen und danach ein entspanntes Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Tollem Blick direkt aufs Meer ! Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge und Untergänge gesehen ! Ich würde die Unterkunft immer weiterempfehlen auch wenn das Haus und die Einrichtung mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Hier gibt es einen minimalen Minuspunkt . Von der relativ viel befahrenen Hauptstraße an welcher das Haus unmittelbar angrenzt bekommt man auf der Terrasse fast gar nichts mit . Wirklich ein sehr schöner Ort und die Lage mit dem Direktzugang zum Meer und wunderschöner Terrasse möchte ich nochmals deutlich hervorheben. Auch die stets rasche und schnelle Hilfe von Vermieterin Karolina war Top 👍🏻 😇! Wenn ich Rhodos wieder bereisen werde dann würde ich dieses Haus unbedingt wieder wählen. Danke Karolina 🤗

Traveled off season to this lovely house just outside a wonderful, walkable town. Our GPS sent us to the wrong location but Karolos was responsive and helped us find the house. We loved the deck overlooking the beach and sea. There was some pre-season maintenance happening that blocked our access via the house path to the beach but we found another way to access it. We also had a very friendly cat who visited us daily for attention. We loved Aigos Nikolas and would return again!

Perfect place near the beach. Quiet but can walk to the beach and multiple restaurants and small shops in 1 min. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Helped us with transportation, recommendations, and work with us leading up to the trip. 100% recommend staying here!

Perfect little apartment/ bed sit directly over a little dirt track to the beach. Not a private terrace, but that really doesn’t matter as very few cars. We sat outside with a drink or play cards most evening after a day walking and sightseeing. There are sun beds to use at the property which we would take over to the beach. The sunsets were amazing. There is a restaurant next door, which was ok to eat at(it didn’t cause noise) . Lots of lovely restaurants around the next bay, 10 minutes walk. The bed was very comfortable, this was important to me🤗 . The hosts were very kind and helpful, checking via messages that everything was ok. We plan to go again and would recommend the area, hosts and their accommodation.

excellent accomodation in Alexandria, very close to the beautiful white beach. it s quite noisy and busy in Egypt in general but this aparts are located in quite and green district. interior is great, VERY cozy place with all needed things inside. and our host is extremely friendly, helpful and even helped us to order super tasty food delivery. highly recommend this place

I organised the trip from London at very short notice and Mehmet was instrumental in helping everything went very smoothly. It was night flight arriving into Turkey very early morning and Mehmet organised pick up at airport and then a early check in to our apartment. Could not of gone smoother and all done last minute. The location and complex was lovely for the price.

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. I was here for the second time. But the host still removed the damp walls in the bathroom. I know, it's hard to fix. And the noise of the work on the neighboring building prevented us. When he finishes working on the hotel, maybe it will stop. But even so, I will stay there again.

The stay at this chalet was very nice. The resort and chalet are relatively new and as described. The resort is very quiet with a nice beach. its is a good place to spend a low key quiet weekend with some sun and sea and close to Cairo. The compound is still under construction, but that does not impact the unit and experience of the stay. There are no facilities in the compound yet, but there places close by to grab your food and basic necessities. Nicholas was very responsive and friendly in communication and setting up the access and exit from the unit. I will hopefully visit there again.

Ich bin alleine nach Kreta gereist und habe eine Unterkunft gesucht, wo ich sowohl zentral und strandnah bin als auch eine Möglichkeit habe Ruhe zu finden. Die Unterkunft bietet rund um Paket. Das Appartement zeichnet sich vor allem durch die gut ausgestattete Küche und den beiden Balkonen aus, die sowohl Platz in der Sonne und zum Essen bieten. Georges als Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und steht für Fragen jeglicher Art zu Verfügung. Er hat mir hilfreiche Tipps für die Region gegeben und einen Kontakt für Carsharing vermittelt. Ein Auto sollte man hier auf jeden Fall mieten, da die Insel sehr weitläufig ist und man mit dem Bus nur einen Teil erkunden kann. Nach Heraklion ist die Verbindung sehr gut. Insgesamt hatte ich eine wunderschöne Woche und einen tollen Aufenthalt in Costal Key! Einziges Manko, das der Jahreszeit geschuldet ist: die Strandbars und Tavernen sind zu dieser Zeit noch nicht geöffnet und ich hatte die ersten Tage eine Baustelle vor der Tür.

What a wonderful apartment and a wonderful host! I had the most wonderful time. I went as a female solo traveller and I felt incredibly safe the whole time. The apartment was exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were super clear. Palm beach is a short walk away and entry to view inside the ghost town is also nearby. The town is also nearby with some lovely restaurants and very friendly locals. The amenities are wonderful and the mini market staff are super friendly. The pool was always clean and it was a very pleasant place to relax. Dündar was an AMAZING host and was super responsive. He was generous with providing his advice and his warmth via messaging absolutely contributed to the whole experience being very positive. I highly recommended visiting this area and staying in one of Dübar's wonderful apartments. If I ever return to Famagusta, I will be sure to see if Dünbar has availability, as I felt totally at home.
