Fjord view in centre w/parking

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

This seaside property is one of the few homes directly by the water in this region. It offers a perfect setting for relaxation, taking in the stunning views from the house or the sauna. Flott hytte med alle fasiliteter. Her ligger alt til rette for et fantastisk opphold. Kort vei til det meste, feks Trollstigen, Trollveggen, Atlanterhavsveien, Romsdalseggen, Molde. Eller bare sitte på verandaen å nyte utsikten og se cruisebåtene seile forbi. Hytten er et perfekt utgangspunkt for toppturer sommer som vinter i vakre Rauma med sine majestetisk fjell. Kort vei til flotte Skorgedalen med skitrekk oppkjørte løyper om vinteren. Bilvei helt frem og parkering på tomten.

The house is spacious and comfortable. There are many interesting places to see in our area, both for adults and children. Feel peace and relaxation in this idyllic paradise. Fantastic view of the Moldefjord. A beautiful garden adds additional charm to your stay. Nature invites both skis and feet for a trip. You can rent a boat or bicycles. The property is a 5-minute walk from Moldefjorden and a 20-minute drive from the Skaret ski slope. Only 14 minutes from Molde city center.

I idylliske og vakre Sykkylvsfjorden ligger en nybygd hytte/rorbu, høy standard, like i vannkanten. Stille, fredelig, med fantastisk utsikt over fjord og fjell, mindre enn 10 m fra vannkanten. 70m2 pluss stort rom på bryggenivå. Unik utforming, store vindusflater, og rom på flere nivåer. Ett soverom med dobbelseng, og stor sovesofa på hems/TV-stuen. Flislagt bad ved soverom. Underetasjen med dobbel port, utsyn over fjorden, og med eget toalett/vaskerom og kjøleskap/frys.

Kapteinåsen, Sæbø

Koselig feriehus med fantastisk utsikt mot Hjørundfjorden. Flere uteplasser/terrasse, bålpanne og grill. Utendørs jacuzzi for 5-6 personer. Huset ligger 35m fra parkeringsplass i hellende terreng. Liten sandstrand og felles grill/uteområde i nærheten. 400m til Sæbø sentrum med dagligvarebutikker, nisjebutikker, hotell og campingplass. Motorbåt kan leies mot ekstra kostnad, flytebrygge 50m fra huset. Gi gjerne beskjed før ankomst om båtleie er aktuelt.

Koselig eldre laftet tømmerhytte på gårdstun leies ut. Grei standard. Komplett med kjøkkenutstyr. Lite bad med wc, vask, dusjkabinett og vaskemaskin. Hytta har dobbeltseng på soverom, og køyeseng i sovealkove. Kort vei til Molde sentrum, ca. 15 km og ca. 40 km til Åndalsnes. Liten nærbutikk og busstopp ca 150 meter fra hytta. Kort vei til sjøen med badestrand (ca 200 meter). Ta gjerne kontakt med verten dersom behov for tidligere innsjekking!
