We have a large, lower unit, private studio with a separate entrance, washer/dryer, and private outdoor space. It is quiet amongst the Redwoods, with ample on street parking and is very close to San Francisco, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, downtown Mill Valley, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Sausalito, Tiburon, bike paths and mountain bike trails.

Staying here is not just about accommodation; it’s creating memories that will linger long after you’ve departed. Not suitable for young children/pets.

Located in an ideal location in Mill Valley providing guests “the best of both worlds” including, easy pedestrian access to downtown Mill Valley and immediate access to a gorgeous natural environment filled with redwood groves, creeks, waterfalls, and hiking trails. 20-25 min drive from the Golden Gate Bridge adjacent neighborhoods including the Marina, Pacific Heights, NOPA, and Richmond District. The home is also ideally situated to enjoy Mt. Tam State Park, Muir Woods, and Stinson Beach.

Capture the spirit of 1960s American wanderlust in a gleaming 1969 Airstream. Painstakingly restored with period décor. We added our "aluminum guest house" to our back yard with a 100 foot crane! Quiet, green and private backyard. Plenty of headroom, modern amenities and new plumbing with delightful 1969 Vintage décor. 1000 thread count sheets on a queen size bed. Enjoy a peaceful stay in the privacy of your own cottage. Make the most of easy access to the surrounding hiking/running and biking trails - soak up the magic of Mt Tam, Muir Woods, the famous Dipsea trail, Stinson and Muir beaches before returning to the cottage to relax. Snuggle up on the sofa with a good book, stream a movie on your tablet, or cook a delicious meal in the kitchenette. Alternatively it's easy to explore downtown Mill Valley by walking down the Dipsea steps or driving.

Base Camp, Cozy and Sweet!

Small detached guest cottage (no kitchen) with a private entrance, queen bed /full bath/TV, and a small area with coffee/tea/fridge/microwave/toaster-oven and wifi. We're following strict sanitizing and washing protocols and provide cleaning supplies in the unit. We're in a quaint neighborhood in a flat area of Mill Valley. This space is comfortable for 1 and cozy for 2. A mile from downtown Mill Valley, many great hiking/mountain biking trails and San Francisco is 10 miles away.

Includes bedroom (king) with french doors, living room with pullout couch, a covered deck, and cooking area (see notes). Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)

Legendary Musician's Home in Heart of Mill Valley

Just minutes from town, this historic duplex offers a taste of old Mill Valley. Formerly owned by one of the founding members of Jefferson Airplane, the space was redesigned in the 1970s and it bears the imprint of the era. From the spacious living room, wind your way up a spiral staircase to the primary bedroom suite, which features a large bathroom, an extra room for office or yoga, and a private outdoor deck with a stunning view of Mt. Tam.

Fairfax Getaway in the Redwoods

This lovely little private studio is located on the lower level of our 3-story home in a magical redwood grove in Fairfax, California. The unit has a cozy Murphy bed, kitchenette, dishwasher, and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy a private outdoor deck and patio surrounded by redwoods. There are two sweet cats on the premises. They don’t hang out in the unit but they love to visit guests and may occasionally enter the unit.

Just a stones-throw away from all the fun and excitement of the downtown square. The best restaurants, cafe's, coffee shops, clothing boutiques and movie theatre are all just outside your front door! Conveniently, we are just blocks from grocery, parks, live theatre, live music and Mt. Tamalpais trails. Enjoy hardwood floors, a spacious kitchen, built-in laundry, a sparkling bathtub and high-speed internet.
