Minutes from Garden Cafe coffee shop, Threadbare Cider House and plenty of bars and restaurants.

Lawrenceville is named one of America’s coolest neighborhoods. There are so many top notch restaurants, bars, boutiques and galleries to choose from, all within walking distance. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

Cozy Artist Getaway Near City

Chez Millvale started as an abandoned building. It was lovingly rebuilt from the studs out and designed to be a retreat. We designed a space where one feels comfortable to stay in and relax or explore Millvale and the surrounding areas. The building is a recently renovated building from the 1880s-1890s. There are steps to get into the apartment, no elevator. The building was reconstructed with all electric appliances and some green practices in place.

This Mini Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 2nd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located apartment in the heart of Millvale! Safe & friendly neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, diners, breweries, and bars in walking distance. You will be only a few feet from a convenience store. The famous Mr. Small’s theater is less than a half mile away! The beautiful River trail that leads to the north shore, Heinz field, PNC park, etc is only 1 mile!
