The Stables , Manor Farm is situated on our family run arable farm in a small rural village on the borders of Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The cottage is let as self-catering and contains three bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms, and TVs. The master bedroom has a large king size bed that splits into two full sized single beds if needed. Also further double bedded room and a twin bedded room. It has a fully equipped living/kitchen area with TV/DVD and WiFi. Plenty of parking.

Hallworth Farm 2 The Granary.

Open-plan living area with a fully-fitted kitchen and breakfast bar which seats up to four people. The kitchen also includes an oven, electric hob, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer-dryer and a fridge. The living area consists of a four-seater sofa with TV and DVD player. Two Bedrooms (second single bed only suitable for a small child) and a family bathroom with heated towel rail and bath / shower is located upstairs with an additional toilet on the ground floor.

There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

It provides: - Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. - Dining/sitting room area with table, 2 chairs and large comfy sofa. - Beautifully tiled bathroom with shower - Gas central heating - Fully enclosed patio area with table and 2 chairs - Sofa bed for 3rd guest. £20 charge if required when only 2 guests.

Located in the middle of a small village which is approximately 15 mins drive from Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard where fast trains to London take just 30 minutes.
