It has viewdecks with expansive seaside and sunset views, a private pier for swimming, kayaking, fishing and other water activities. It also has a mini pool. It is also right infront of the Lourdes Bay resort where Pilgrims can visit the Archdiocesan Shrine of our Miraculous Lady of Lourdes. And we intend to maintain solemnity of the place so we cannot allow loud music. Loud sound system or videoke is not allowed.

The French Villa -Santander

The nightly rate includes a minimum of 2 guests to accommodate romantic bookings, only 1 suite will be opened though the whole Villa is exclusive to you, the other suites will be locked. (children below 3yrs are free, 4 children maximum, extra will be counted as free guest). You may choose which suite you prefer on site as some room may be more romantic and others more practical. If the guest prefers to open additional suite, it will be 3,500 per suite per night.

Amlan ocean guest unit

A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. Free transportation to and from airport or ferry.

Villa Amani Vacation Beach House

Villa Amani is a private villa with pool, and huge green space for vacation rental. We offer stunning views and we offer comfortable stay away from home. The Villa is elevated, fully airconditioned and offers from the marble clad terrace a beautiful view of Apo Island, the world renowned diving paradise. The property Cottage is equipped with a queen size bed, aircon, fridge and shower. This must be requested in advance if needed.
