Two minutes walk from the marina with fantastic sea views, ours is a lovely home from home for individuals, couples or families, wishing to stay in the centre of this pretty coastal village. It is an unusual oak beamed maisonette on the 1st and 2nd floors of a 19th century building and not suitable for people who cannot manage steep stairs. We have 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a living/dining room with sea views, an office for home working and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

The grade two listed cider barn, with its own pretty terrace, has double french doors which flood the open plan living area with morning light. It is a five minute drive from the Jurassic coast with beautiful beaches and opportunities for fossil hunting . The barn has far reaching views spanning across the Marshwood Vale. This stylish and extremely comfortable new conversion is set in 11 acres of wildlife rich meadows land . It is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of West Dorset.

It's in a great location: cul-de-sac, green space to the front, garden to the rear, close to shops, 5 mins walking distance to several beaches and coastal path, also near to the Goodsheds sustainable urban high street. Built new in 2017, it is a bright, spacious and contemporary home. A well decorated and comfortable place to stay. P.S. The sunsets are amazing!
