Classic private loft suite with modern bathroom and parlor on the upper level of a beautiful Cape Cod house. Includes mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, AC units and fireplace. In the Friendly Village of Wintersville, close to Franciscan University and Hwy 22. Short walk to shopping, restaurants and buses. Use of washer, dryer, and kitchen available downstairs by appointment for additional fees. Games, books, baby gate, extra beds, bedding, additional toiletries etc, are available on request.

Innisfree Farms' "Big Tiny" has full size comforts and a beautiful setting on our 70 acre farm. Get back to nature without giving up hot showers and A/C. The perfect countryside place to unplug (though TV and WiFi are available), cook out and relax by the fire. A combination of a rustic natural setting and your well-earned comforts. The Tiny sleeps three -- 2 in the lofted queen and 1 smaller person on the futon-style couch. AWD or 4WD will be needed in winter in the event of significant snow!

Cozy Getaway

This self-contained apartment is located in the lowest level of our nearly 100yr old home. We are located 4 min from FUS. You will have an exterior access door that faces our garage and parking in our driveway. Although there is one bedroom and one bathroom in the unit, there is room for an air mattress (on request) or pack-n-play (available in apt) to be set up, either in the bedroom or the living room. The kitchen has some cooking and dining equipment in it to make meal prepping possible.

This efficient guest suite is located in the heart of Steubenville (17 miles/20 min. from Star Lake Pavilion). Separated by a hill from our family home, the loft provides a simple place to rest after a long day of travel, work, conferences, or whatever may bring you to Steubenville! We built this guest space above our work garage with visiting family in mind, and we hope you'll feel equally at home as our guest.

This freshly remodeled one bedroom duplex in Brady Estates has been furnished for comfort and stocked with all the amenities to make for a place like home while visiting Steubenville and surrounding areas. Just blocks away from restaurants, grocery stores and Franciscan University of Steubenville. Private parking and easy self check-in. Wifi, Netflix, coffee and basic toiletries all included!

The Guest House at Wild Sycamore Farm

The Guest House at Wild Sycamore Farm is just 15 minutes from Steubenville, Ohio (about 20 from Franciscan University) and just an hour from Pittsburgh. The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage. There is a beautiful picnic area with a fire pit and plenty of room to relax. We hope you will have a pleasant stay at the Loft. You will find it fully furnished and ready for a "home away from home"
