The 65-mile network of carriage roads in Minnewaska State Park Preserve and the Mohonk Preserve is accessible just a few hundred yards from a historic modernized house. You can explore swimming holes and lakes, many miles of more rugged trails, and the popular climbing area (Gunks) of Peter’s Kill, just a 5-minute walk away.

It is private, fully equipped, and centrally located. The front of the cottage has a sun drenched porch equipped with lounge chairs and bbq. The back of the cottage is has a screened in porch, an outdoor huge tub and lounge. It is facing a beautiful pond, a fire pit and deep woods and vibrant nature.
