We had one of our best airbnb experiences globally at Mahakiya Fitness, at which this apartment is the best lodging of all the options. Private, stylish, beautifully furnished, but with easy access to a great health food restaurant and the amazing fitness / HIIT classes at Mahakiya. And the most hospitable and friendly staff. Thanks for everything; we look forward to returning !

We had a great stay at Kumari's apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The couch is comfy and the kitchen is well equipped for full meals. Wi-Fi was really fast and the view cannot get any better. The condo has a full gym, a nice pool (with sunny areas and shady areas) and a restaurant for dine-in or room service. It was a pleasure communicating with Kumari - always very responsive to our questions. The one small maintenance issue we had was fixed by the condo staff very quickly. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

Каждое утро начиналось с завтрака на балконе, хотя на первом этаже есть столовая, готовая вместить не менее 6 человек, а возможно и более. Приятно чувствовать себя как дома. Техника вся в рабочем состоянии. Очень необычная стиральная машина. Есть гладильная доска, утюг, сейф на втором этаже. Душевые удобные и имеют полки для косметики. На кухне есть всё для приготовления еды, а так же бокалы, стаканы, кружки, ложки, вилки, ножи и многое другое. Вход в здание очень красивый и это отдельная тема. Вы должны сами увидеть подвесную лестницу на троссах над бассейном в котором плавают красивые рыбы. Охрана на высоте, специальные карты дают доступ гостю к лифту и этажу. Вечером территория закрывается. Бассейн удобен для расслабления. На стороне океана есть ресторан, в нем очень хороший кофе. На территории резвятся бурундуки. В целом ощущения от проживания отличные. Рекомендуем хозяина👍

Our stay at the Nest Residence,m was absolutely wonderful! The property was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests feel at home. The attention to detail in the amenities provided made our experience stress-free and enjoyable. The location was convenient, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to key attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We highly recommend the Nest Residence to anyone and We’ll definitely be back in the future!

Pavi, Bathi and their family and friends are the loveliest of people, always ready to help or offer advice when needed. Our apartment was situated on the 2nd floor and was lovely, bedroom and bathroom bare very large as is the kitchen diner, if there was anything you needed Pavi got it sorted asap, the grounds are immaculate and have a plethora of wildlife wandering the grounds, the use of the swimming pool was a great addition. Polhena itself is situated in a great spot for travelling out from and has a wonderful little beach(it does get busy at weekends). Shops are in walking distance as is the main town of Matara or a short fun tuk tuk ride. Colombo and other places are easily accessible via buses or train, both a fun way to travel. We will be back.

I had an amazing stay at Crystal Villa Weligama, a perfect retreat for relaxation and productivity. The villa features 3 beautifully designed bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. The cozy living room and dining area are perfect for unwinding and enjoying meals together. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and with fiber optic internet, it’s great for digital nomads. Located in a calm and quiet area, the villa offers a large garden for relaxation. Just 800 meters from the beach and town, it’s a short 5-10 minute walk to enjoy the sun and surf. The neighborhood is safe and secure, ideal for families. The host, Ruwan, is incredibly helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Crystal Villa Weligama is one of the best places to stay in the area, offering comfort, convenience, and tranquility. I highly recommend it for both work and leisure.

It was such a Nice Place to live! 5 min to Mirissa Beach But still a quiet Place.

Villa Jungle Paradise is fantastic , so is Sudath and his wife. Very helpful with everything. Edith was very with the foot massages to recover her ankle after her fall. The place is situated in the jungle with a nice swimming pool, clean, quiet, birds whistle, high in the trees monkeys now and then. Only 800 meters walking to the beach. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit. And also near two of our favorite restaurants : Jungle restaurant and Wijaya beach restaurant.

Amazing apartment! So close to galle so easy to go for dinner. Nice restaurant/ beach club within walking distance. Aircon was a lovely. plus restaurant was a nice addition for easy lunches/ dinner!

We stayed in the apartment for a month. Everything was great, nice apartment, private area. There is a swimming pool and a gym on site. The staff is helpful. Many thanks to Danoja, we checked in earlier than the agreed time, all issues that arose were resolved promptly (even those that arose due to our stupidity), friendly communication. Thank you very much! We will definitely come again!

This is our 2nd stay at Sha Villas by Ushaan. Overall, Five-star host and a brilliant apartment! Check in and check out is super easy, and Ushaan is a very communicative and thoughtful host. It is a beautiful , spacious place with great amenities. Immaculately clean and a very convenient location. We would book again for our next visit.

Had a great stay at this beautifully furnished, duplex condominium. The apartment has ample space, is extremely comfortable and ideally suited for a large family or group. It is also equipped with all the amenities you would expect from any 5* hotel. The host, Minoli was also extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. All in all, one of the best condominium properties in the area!

The ONLY issue we had was the listing has the wrong location which is about a 7 minute drive from the actual building. Other than that this stay was our absolute favorite on our trip so far. the building is so nice and all the Russian neighbors were so friendly we absolutely loved meeting them. The air conditioning is perfect for the hot weather. nice fridge and washing machine that also doubles as a dryer. the furniture was so comfortable and so was the bedding. The security people were so friendly. note: they made us fill out a form with our information for security purposes. no big deal though. I highly recommend this place. omg the pool and gym were great too! we already miss this place and can't wait to come back!
