The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.

This newly remodeled guest house is located in the coveted Montecito Oaks neighborhood. This ideal location is walking distance to many popular spots in Montecito; Coast Village Road the Rosewood Miramar Hotel, Butterfly Beach. This home has an upstairs loft with one king bed and downstairs includes a queen size pull out couch. Peaceful house located blocks away from downtown Santa Barbara. Parking space and a quiet neighborhood. Excellent for a nice getaway to Santa Barbara. The city is planning on doing some king of street maintenance during september to novemeber, they have not given any exact dates. Looks like phase 2 will require street closure. As of this time 9/5 nothings started yet but theyve started leaving these notices around. Going to include a transcript of the notice in another section.

Our property is a collection of former out-buildings for the Glendessary Manor estate of poet and composer, Robert Cameron Rogers. The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. Come enjoy this wonderful retreat!
