You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. It is separated from the house by a breezeway with looked doors at both ends. Unit has private parking and entrance. Floor to ceiling window take advantage of the view, but design of the structure and the landscaping maintain your privacy. Unit has separate kitchen, bathtub, shower, washer and dryer.

Farmhouse cottage

This historic farmhouse cottage, set in the foothills of Santa barbara's famous Riviera,is beautifully situated at the end of a country road. Built in 1949 and meticulously restored by the owners, you will feel like you have stepped back into a simpler time. There are endless trails to explore. You will have the whole farmhouse cottage to yourselves. The owners live in a separate house on the 4 acres ranch. The farmhouse cottage is private and serene.
