This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). It was completely remodeled in 2018 with amenities that include washer/dryer, dishwasher, wifi, cable TV, central heat/air, tankless water heater. 1 block walk to restaurants, shops, and the Iron Door Saloon. It's 24 miles from Yosemite National Park entrance and a 20 min drive to Lake Don Pedro. Plenty of room for boat parking. There are numerous mountain biking trails nearby as well as guided river rafting excursions with a local company.

We are located in Groveland, CA just about a 10 minute drive to restaurants and a grocery store. The home is about a 45-50 minute drive to the west Yosemite gate entrance. The one bedroom guest suite has a queen bed, small bathroom, coffee nook, microwave, and mini fridge. This guest suite is perfect for couples or solo travelers
