Located right on the Colorado River and 4 miles to Laughlin. Shangri-La Riversuites offers fully furnished units with everything you need for a comfortable nightly or extended stay. Kitchens are fully equipped, beds are comfortable with nice linens. We take pride in our units offering clean and well maintained, furnished units with updated furniture and finishes. You are 20 minutes away from Coral Pink Sand Dune's ATV trails, minutes from the majestic Water Canyon hike, approx. 45 min. to Zion, 40 mins. to Kanab, and central to some of the best Mtn. bike riding Southern Utah has to offer. Guest will have the entire 2nd story apartment to themselves, incl. a fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies, washer/dryer, wifi, and all the amenities to make it a home away from home.

Barista's Suite is a trendy, coffee themed apartment located between Zion National Park, Bryce, and Grand Canyon. In our apartment you will have amazing views of our own red rock cliffs while relaxing from your private hot tub. Inside our Barista's Suite you will have private access to your very own Coffee Shop. Try your hand at brewing coffee with many different brewing methods. In the coffee bar you will be able to buy a Barista's Suite pottery mug made locally and each one unique!

1 Bedroom Riverfront Guest House with Dock.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.

This is a lovely little apartment with a private patio and parking. It is located just blocks from the highway for easy access to many local parks and attractions while still being quiet and homey. The private patio is set up to enjoy the changing light on the beautiful mountains of the area and the soft starlit nights of the high desert. A full kitchen, jetted tub, and washer/ dryer are included. Comfortable and elegant while still cozy.
