The Wye Valley Walk passes the house, and the hourly bus between Chepstow and Monmouth stops just metres away. This individual Annexe is situated near the wonderful market town of Coleford in the heart of the Forest of Dean, which has all the amenities needed to make your stay enjoyable and is an ideal base to explore the area. There are many places to visit, such as, Puzzlewood, (walking distance), Clearwell caves, Symonds Yat and the Wye Valley. There is a footpath that leads directly from the property into the forest so you can enjoy walking and biking. There’s also two 18 hole golf courses nearby.

Great for walking the dogs, mountain biking, canoeing, caving, adventure activities or relaxing in front of the fire. Only 100m from local pub and 20mins ride to the cycle centre. This cottage is a great place to unwind and enjoy the Forest of Dean and also to explore South Wales and surrounding historic towns.

Pat's Flat: a converted Pig Barn located on a peaceful farm, within the beautiful Wye Valley AONB. The historic towns of Monmouth and Ross on Wye, the river and Forest of Dean with their outdoor leisure activities - canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, biking - are easily accessible. A couple of pubs, eateries and village shop are within a few miles walk. Sorry - no pets - this is a working farm and there are friendly Labradors in the adjoining property who are likely to come and say hello.
