The place was very clean and exactly as the listing. The best part was the TV. It was especially great to watch NBA playoffs:)

James's place was perfect for our stay in Sutton. The home was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and the snacks James's left were greatly appreciated. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and there were extra linens and pillows if needed. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend James's place for anyone staying in Sutton.

Wonderful place to stay for a price comparable to the same number of hotel rooms. Nice private feeling in the country but only 1/4 mile off of paved roads. Perfect for a sandhills crane experience and less than 15 minutes from the crane trust as well as 2 public viewing sites. Host was very responsive and pleasant. Would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area.

My teenagers and I always love staying at Ashley's. It's clean and roomy and just a walk away from the family we come to visit annually.

The place was clean and welcoming. We felt right at home. The pool table was fun to play with our kids. The 3 tvs were great for my family of six to watch tv and have the xbox connected at the same time, so everyone was entertained. The fact that it was pet friendly was a positive. We took our boston and borkie with us. The kitchen had all the basics needed for a few days stay. The only thing I could complain about, is the pillows could have been more supportive. But that is a minor issue and only an issue because I have a bad back. Everything was great and the swing set outside was great for the 6 year olds to play outside. This was our first time using an air bnb and it was a wonderful first time experience for my family and me! :) Candice responded quickly to any message that was sent. We will definitely use this location again if and when we're ever in the area again.

we wanted a getaway to spend some time with my son that I hadn't been with for a long time. it was very relaxing and homey and the perfect place to be together!! we couldn't have wanted to be anywhere else. Elizabeth had such a nice folder explaining everything perfectly and had anything imaginable. we appreciated everything!

This was a lovely older home that has been updated. It felt spacious and comfortable for my needs. I loved buying groceries and cooking for myself for the week, and doing my laundry with the washer and dryer. There’s no dishwasher, but I don’t have one at my home either, so washing by hand was no bother. The train tracks are only a couple of blocks away and they can be busy at times, but it’s only noticeable when the house is completely quiet (and since I live near train tracks at home, to me it was a comforting, homey sound.) The weather was blustery, but during the sunshiney moments the neighbors were friendly. I had a rental car, and enjoyed the easy proximity to Coneys and Runzas, the Tattered Book and the public library, bird watching on the Platte River, the charming old Grand Theater where they played an old Star Wars movie and welcomed us with characters in full costume, and some intensely fun horse racing at the Fonner Park racetrack. All around a delightful, pleasant stay.
