Great location with easy access to the ocean and great walking. Watched the whales everyday.

This was the first air bnb i’ve ever stayed and it was great. the view was beyond beautiful. There was so many things offered to us like boogie boards, board games, and other family fun. Definitely recommend staying here. It’s so peaceful, you can hear the waves crashing from the ocean while sitting on the couch. I will definitely be returning!!

We had a phenomenal stay! The serene gardens surrounding the property are exceptionally well cared for, providing a peaceful escape from any unwanted noise. You can enjoy the most beautiful sunset views here. I cannot express enough how wonderful Marc is! When we arrived in the evening, he prepared a charcuterie board and offered us wine and blankets, allowing us to comfortably relax outdoors while taking in the scenery. In addition to his delicious and beautifully prepared breakfasts, he stocked our room with fresh local berries, chocolates, and water. He even started the fireplace for us each evening. We have stayed in many places around the world, but Marc is truly the best host we’ve encountered! He treats guests like a considerate, generous, and welcoming friend. While Marc respects guests’ privacy, we found ourselves looking forward to our conversations with him. If you’re looking for tranquility nestled in beautiful surroundings with the most gracious host, this is it!

Paradise by the Sea – An Unforgettable Stay! This beach house was everything we dreamed of and more. We considered several other lovely properties in the area but chose this one, and we’re thrilled with our decision! Just steps from a peaceful, quiet beach, it offered stunning ocean views that took our breath away every morning and evening. The home itself is beautifully designed with thoughtful touches throughout—every detail has clearly been chosen with care. From the cozy, coastal-inspired decor to the well-equipped kitchen and the inviting and well designed courtyard, everything was perfectly curated to create a relaxing and luxurious retreat. We especially loved the spacious deck, where we enjoyed coffee in the mornings and sunsets in the evenings. It was the ideal setting for unwinding and truly disconnecting. Great location to the beach, easy to walk to, parking was alittle rough for 2 cars but doable. Enjoyed our time and nice to be able to walk to the beach and enjoy the view in the evenings and mornings! Home was clean and alot of space, loved the patio's

Home was well stocked, including high chair & pack-n-play. Omar was very responsive and accommodating. Beach was within walking distance of home.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Santa Cruz. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the beach, great local coffee shops, and everything we needed. The house itself was absolutely stunning and exactly as described in the listing, if not better. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we could have hoped for. Our host was incredibly kind and accommodating and responsive . We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Evan's place met our expectations. It has a great view of the many, many surfers at work right across the street as well as the steady stream of pedestrians. This is a very comfortable place. Very clean. Evan supplies a detailed list and review of coffee shops and Restaurants, and suggestions of many things to do. Evan was quick to respond to an issue with the hot tub and get it taken care of. Highly recommended.
