The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Set in the country, it is connected to a triplex apartment building on a dead-end road. The apartment has been entirely refinished on the inside with all new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, updated bathroom, and combines contemporary with shabby chic.

Conveniently located just 1.5 miles from LR college, just half a mile from the YMCA, and within walking distance to some of hickory's favorite restaurants including Fourk, Backstreets and Starbucks. The 215 is pet friendly, we do require a $20 pet fee.
