A lot of properties have volcanic rock and are unsuitable for swimming. The house has CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING.

You have breathtaking views of the "North Side" which is actually the Eastern shore of the island that plunges directly into the Atlantic Ocean. Mangrove Bush is a small community populated with family members throughout. You will have full privacy and access to a private beach located to the bottom of the "hill", surrounded by cliffs. You truly have to see this location to appreciate it.
