Exactly as described. Had a comforting older home grandma feel. All the furniture was comfortable. Loved the recliners! Loved the foos ball, fireplace thingy in the basement, deck, outdoor fire pit and the wildlife! Had some frustration with the heating system. Theres a weird mix and match heating system with no written instructions on how to control the heating. There is no air conditioning at all which made for some discomfort on days it reached the 50s. Enjoyed our stay! Home was really clean! Love that bedding and furniture was not white!

Overall it was a pleasant stay. BUT… the initial address given was not the address of the house so we have to drive another 30 minutes to get to the house. The house was clean, rustic and ideal for us 3 people and a dog. We enjoyed the amenities especially the billiards and kayaks. Also our dog enjoyed running around the property.

We had a wonderful stay. We took a multi-generational trip and there was something for everyone - fishing, hot tub, close to town and shopping- all while having privacy. Beautiful piece of property. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Such a charming lake house

Hot tub was nice and spacious, house was not as close to the lake as pictures may make it seem. Location feels nice and secluded.

Great place for our group of 8. A unique and well appointed house. It had everything we needed and the hot tub was a nice treat! We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Beautiful home, We only stayed for two days but it was extremely comfortable. The jacuzzi was shut down for the season but we did enjoy the kayaks. The bed in the master bedroom was honestly my favorite part. So comfy! definitely would stay again. Host were friendly and responded promptly to questions.

This beautiful A-frame was a 10/10!! We would absolutely recommend to stay here. They thought of every detail, from the hot tub, to the paddle boards, the fire pit and smores kit, game room, they had everything! This place can be enjoyed by a small family looking for some rest and relaxation, or fill it up with kids to be enjoyed in the summertime. We loved it, and Todd and Heidi were very responsive and made sure we had the ultimate stay. They even extended our check out to ensure we had a relaxing morning. Thank you for everything!

This was truly one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at. The cottage was on a nice, quiet road, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The entire cottage was pristine and built exceptionally well. The kitchen was spacious and had nice "soft-close" drawers and cabinets, a massive sink, and plenty of beautiful wood counters. We sadly didn't use the pontoon because of our time restraints, but we did walk down to it and it was also amazing. New, with nice leather seats and plenty of space for the family. We couldn't recommend this place enough. We'd happily come back again.

This has been by far the best air bnb experience ever. It has the best view morning and night especially in the winter full of snow! My husky LOVED it. The hosts are on top of everything even the smallest details like providing snacks, dog toys, hygiene products, etc. instructions to get access to whatever you need are very clear. Communication with the hosts was superb. I experienced zero problems during my stay. I will definitely be back!! I HIGHLY recommend. ❤️

Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or a base for exploring the area, the Cozy Cottage is an excellent choice. I can't recommend it enough for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway!

This place is so beautiful! We had a family get together, and the house was just amazing! It had three nice big bedrooms with plenty of room for the entire family. There was a big game room downstairs, and toys for the kids. Big, beautiful windows in the kitchen to look out on the lake in the cold weather. The beds were so nice, and everything was set up beautifully! There was even a gigantic Christmas tree set up in the living room. Talk about cozy, we wanted to stay there forever! We will be back!

Communication was seamless from start to finish, and Jacob went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was conveniently located for our job site and when we had to extend he did everything to accommodated to our needs! Beautiful lakefront property, plenty of room for a family, nice accommodations and amenities, plus a very friendly, proactive Host. We would love to take advantage of all the opportunities the Gun Lake community provides during the summer months and would definitely return here to stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a peaceful weekend getaway, and this Airbnb was absolutely perfect for it. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare lovely dinners together. The weather was warm enough to take the kayaks out on the lake, which was such a relaxing and fun experience. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, in passing by. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful windows overlooking the lake — they brought in so much natural light and made the whole space feel calm and serene. Overall, it was a truly peaceful and enjoyable stay.

We stayed as a family for spring break, the place was very family friendly and we felt right at home! Community is small, but perfect for what we were looking for. Would recommend to others, and would absolutely stay again!

This was our 2nd trip to Troy's place in Delton. Just far enough off the beaten path to create a sense of solitude and make it easy to unwind. Looking forward to coming back for a 3rd trip.

This place was beautiful and cozy. Very nostalgic lake house vibe. The kids played the NES and watched vhs while we just hung out. Thanks for the stay and the accommodations!

We highly recommend Anne’s place in Crystal! It was very comfortable and relaxing. It was clean and tastefully decorated with a lake theme. It was the perfect place to chill for a week with family and friends. Her kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all the tools you needed in great working condition for big family meals. The views were great and the lake was clean and literally right outside our door. The multiple level unit made for lots of privacy but it was more difficult for the toddler and elderly. My only real warning about Anne’s place would be that if you have small children, both porches require someone to be watching little one’s 100% of the time. The upper patio rail is easy to climb and slightly low and the water level patio slants slightly toward the water. However, both porches were perfect for the rest of us with plenty of seating, swings, floaties, and a gorgeous lake view!

This cottage was so cute and thoughtfully outfitted. Super clean, recently renovated with lots of charm and character. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few dinners. It was all one level and, with the walk-in shower, it was perfect for my elderly dad. The beds were super comfy. We enjoyed eating breakfast looking out over the sunrise on the lake, and we played cards on their comfy back deck at night. It was a quick drive to hop on I-94 East or West, and only a 5 minute drive to a great grocery store, and a few minutes more to some restaurants. We had a problem with the smoke detector battery chirping and needing replacing, and the property manager had it fixed very quickly. If we were in the area again, we would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our needs, the kitchen was spacious as were the bedrooms. The added bonus was the lower level with the bunk bed "room" with regular bedroom close by for parents. The kids loved it! In addition upstairs and downstairs had ample living spaces. Also lake property with nice deck off water with ample seating. The back of house had great lighting at night. We turned it on to find numerous deer having their own party before they disappeared into the night. Paul was a great host responding quickly to any questions. Would recommend this for families or adults weekend!

This was a perfect match for a bachelorette weekend! The home was cute, cozy, clean, and the perfect space to relax and hang with friends. I highly recommend this space for those looking for a more relaxed, peaceful getaway!

The cottage is located close to some really great biking trails, and we also thoroughly enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch by the river. A beautiful and serene space!
