This large studio space with a study is the perfect spot for travellers or newcomers into Auckland. Located only a 3 minute walk to the train station, which takes you to Auckland CBD (Britomart Train Station) as well as Newmarket and Kingsland Train Station (for events at Mt Eden) via the western line. If taking the bus is preferred, it is a 5 minute walk to the Avondale bus stops. A simple kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave and kettle is available. Free onsite parking available.

Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.

The Grove

The Grove is a charming French country-inspired hideaway nestled in the heart of Mt Albert. Recently refurbished, this self-contained retreat features a well-equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Enjoy the convenience of nearby public transport and easy motorway access. You're just a short stroll or drive from local cafés, Unitec, Westfield shopping mall, and a laundromat. Off-street parking is available upon request.

Upstairs is a light-filled bedroom and living area looking out into trees. Downstairs is a lofty dining area with kitchen bench and bathroom. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Cox's Bay, the studio is an easy walk to the cafes, bars, restaurants and shops of the popular West Lynn, Westmere, Grey Lynn and Ponsonby inner-city areas. Very handy to bus routes to the central city. The studio has its own direct private access from the street.

We would love to host you in our home in Morningside :) We are conveniently situated walking distance from Eden park, and also from local favourites like Crave and KIND cafes, Side Hustle bar and Morningside Tavern. Close enough to all Auckland attractions and yet enjoy the suburban quiet. Close to the Zoo, Eden Park, Western Springs Park and Stadium, Motat, Supermarket, Cafe's! Minutes drive from the city centre or quick bus ride (bus stop at end of the street). Lovely area, free fast Fibre WiFi Minutes walk to Grey Lynn and West Lynn boutique cafes, restaurants and clothing stores. Ample free street parking.

Part of our house, this private wing has 2 bedrooms, a comfortable lounge and your own modern bathroom as well a large landscaped garden to relax in. We have a kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle etc but not a full kitchen. We are in Point Chevalier, a comfortable friendly suburb of Auckland with great public transport options and close to the beach.
