Kick back and relax in this stylish, peaceful space. Located 15 minutes from town by car, the suite is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom built in 2023. The bedroom has a loft bed above the queen bed. The 3.7 acre property backs onto endless green space and trails. The suite contains a 400 sqft upper deck that has beautiful mountain views and can be great for northern lights viewing. The deck has patio furniture and a propane fireplace. Next to the rental suite is a log home that the property owners live in.

George Gilbert Suite

Welcome to my delightful basement suite nestled in welcoming Riverdale. Featuring a generously sized main bedroom and a cozy secondary bedroom, this suite offers two bathrooms and is located on a quiet street adjacent to a community greenspace with a forested park, an ice rink, and a playground. Find yourself a short walk away from the local grocery store (5-10 minutes), the hospital (10-15 minutes), and the vibrant downtown (15-20 minutes), with scenic trails accompanying you most of the way.

Midnight Sun Cabin

You should have a vehicle to make the best of your Yukon adventure, If you’re not comfortable driving feel free to ask for suggestions. This cabin has a composting toilet and it is taller than a regular toilet, if you have concerns please advise before booking. Please do not turn off heating when you check out in winter. This cabin is located in our yard so you will see vehicles in the yard but it has a secluded deck. The wifi can be spotty. Pets are welcome as long as they are potty trained.

Welcome to the Wood Shed! This cozy little 1.5 story unit is nestled on the corner of a country residential lot in the heart of Whitehorse. From your front door you can access nature in minutes from cross country ski and hiking trails, to a vibrant wetland nearby. If exploration of the city is more your thing, you are less than a 10 minute drive from the heart of downtown Whitehorse, shops, nightlife and the Yukon experience. This 2 bed, 1 bathroom unit is newly built in 2019 and ready for you!

This stylish and newly built studio suite is located in a quiet and established area of Porter Creek. This suite features a cozy living area, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable queen-sized bed. It’s adorned with custom-fit blinds, undermount cabinet soft lighting and a beautiful (and easy to operate) electric fireplace. In our suite you will find a full-sized fridge, washer, and dryer, and unlimited high-speed internet along with Netflix for your viewing enjoyment.

Mike’s Place Entire Guest Suite w/Private Entrance

Clean N cozy basement suite w/ private entrance located in Riverdale. Its 5 mins drive to hospital, 8 mins drive downtown and 15 mins drive to the airport. The suite can be access just by pressing the doorcode so you can conveniently check in anytime. The suite has 1 bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette and a sitting area where a pellet stove provides warmth around the clock. Parking is available at right side of the driveway (behind the red car).

Located on the headwaters of the Yukon River, 2 kilometers from Alaska Highway, half hour drive to Whitehorse. The cabin faces Marsh Lake, where thousands of swans, ducks and other waterbirds congregate each spring. Gorgeous view of mountain peaks. Sandy beach and forest trails. Cabin is self sufficient, with an antique double bed, wood stove, and kitchenette- blue jug water system, small fridge and hotplate. Free wifi and dog friendly. A sweet outhouse in the woods.
