Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. All linen and towels supplied. Upstairs is the main bedroom with en-suite including a bath. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are also upstairs. Downstairs is another bedroom with the main bathroom, another lounge plus the laundry. There are decks both upstairs and down to soak in those views.
