Beautiful modern compact apartment in the highly sought-after area of Mt Eden/Three Kings. Great cafes close by. Handy to bus stop into and out of the city and university and on airport bus route. The apartment is light, airy and quiet with large double doors opening onto a sunny deck. Great for couples, solo travelers and for business travelers (one queen bed). Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.
