Beautiful semi-detached barn conversion professionally designed to a high standard, offering modern comforts whilst retaining an authentic feel. Situated in the grounds of the owner’s working farm, who are on hand to offer advice on the local area, the cottages are in an excellent central location on the Tipperary/Offaly border, almost equidistant from the picturesque town of Birr, 7½km, and one of the oldest towns in Ireland, Roscrea, 6km, and a 2km drive from Gloster house and wedding venue.

A 1.5 bedroom traditional cottage that is attached to our main house but separate & private. It has all you need for a restful, wonderful stay in a fabulous part of East Clare. There is tons of old world character yet it’s also has a fast fibre broadband for those who need to stay connected or for nights in watching Netflix. The property is close to some great pubs and restaurants and the stunning Lough Durg with wonderful walks and lots to do in this part of Ireland. Also we love dogs! 🥰

This semi off grid yurt is designed to provide you with comfort. The yurt is attached to a private kitchenette and a small bathroom with hot shower and a toilet. It adjoins my 150 year old stone farmhouse, and offers a self-contained holiday space ideal for those who like peace and quiet 'off the beaten track'. The clever use of space means you have your own kitchen, dining and sleeping area with a small en suite shower/toilet and the living space includes a unique Bluthner grand piano for the musically minded!

Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

You are very welcome in “The Mews”, a charming converted barn located on the grounds of the 18th Century restored Fomerla House, also called Castleview Cottage. The Mews, a traditional barn with the convenience of modern life, is ideally located in a tranquil setting, convenient for exploring the sights of County Clare. It is 25 minutes from Shannon Airport, 15 minutes from Ennis, the medieval capital town of Clare and 10 minutes from Tulla, the local town.
