In stay you will experience the ultimate stay, I've to. Many destinations around the world and many units and sleep in but this unit is uniquely positioned. The host is super fast responsive, knowledgeable and helpful, while it gave you all what you need for an amazing stay. I've sat for two quite days, away from city noise and literally in the forest that surrounds you, it was cold during my stay and fire place saved the day, logs available for a month tho, we cooked our food since kitchen has what needed. I became a full timer rancher for two days, cut logs that a bit big instead of using small ones, cocks steak on the grill, sat on porch rest of day, while running fireplace while it is dark for warming. It is one of the best experiences we had me and wife ❤️

Perfect host, perfect location

This is a very nice house. Being on the edge of the village means that the whole house has an absolutely good view without any other houses blocking the view. The whole house can see the snow-capped mountains. The landlord speaks English and is very welcoming! We encountered some problems and they were very enthusiastic to help solve them and kept asking about the progress of the matter. They personally found the location of the house for us when we first arrived. They helped us turn on the heating in the middle of the night. They also helped us pump up and repair our tires when we were traveling. This made me and my family feel extremely warm and at ease. This was the most heartwarming trip for us when we first came to Georgia! Very good house and great location! amazing hut with a hot tub and the most amazing view. very private and cozy, walkable distance to a small shopping center with groceries, restaurants and currency exchange. the host was more than great! very nice and responsive person who helped us with every question. highly recommend!

Wir haben uns in Tamta's Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie war trotz Sprachbarriere sehr hilfsbereit und super schnell erreichbar. Großartiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Everything here was great! The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. It’s one of the fewer houses in Kasbegi which is not between other houses. There is a really cute puppy near the house who loves belly scratches. 😊 The last part of the road to the house is a bit bumpy, so you do need a good car to get there. Also, the dogs go crazy at night, so I recommend bringing earplugs.

Wonderful place! The cabin is incredibly cozy and full of soul — everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay and even more. It was warm and peaceful, and the panoramic view of the lake is breathtaking. There’s even a projector, so we enjoyed watching movies in the evenings — such a nice touch! We were picked up in Sioni and brought to the cabin by jeep, and the same on the way back — very helpful. Since there are no shops nearby, I’d recommend bringing enough food in advance. This place gave me a kind of rest I haven’t experienced anywhere else — truly relaxing for both body and soul. I definitely will come back ❤️

Хорошее уединенное место с красивым видом на горы. Хозяйка дружелюбная и отзывчивая. Просторный дом, вокруг тихо - подходит для тех, кто хочет побыть в спокойствии. В пешей доступности кафе и магазинов нет, но летом можно прогуляться в поселок внизу. Рекомендую покупать продукты заранее, чтобы лишний раз не спускаться вниз. На машине до магазина ехать 10 минут, пешком около 30.

Staying here was truly an amazing experience! The place is like a piece of paradise — so beautiful, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. The atmosphere is peaceful and magical. Giorgi and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming, they truly treated me like family. I loved the stay so much that I extended for two more days! I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit. Just a small tip: keep in mind that you might want to extend your stay once you arrive — it’s really hard to leave such a wonderful place!

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern gemütliche Tage hier verbracht und uns super wohl gefühlt!! Das Haus hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge und eine tolle Lage über dem Ort. Die Ausstattung ist charmant und geschmackvoll, das nötigste ist vorhanden. Es fehlt eine Spüle zum Geschirrabwaschen, aber wir sind dennoch gut klargekommen. Kommunikation und Check-in waren super!! Da die Straße nach Tiblissi wegen Schnee unerwartet gesperrt war, mussten wir spontan eine Nacht länger bleiben. Zum Glück war das super unkompliziert und die Gastgeberin sehr hilfreich und flexibel, sie hat uns mit Information zur Straßensperrung auf dem Laufenden gehalten und uns sogar einen Rabatt eingeräumt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen…

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Ninos kleiner Hütte. Sie hat eine super lange wenn man zu fuß in Kazbegi ist und nicht im Rummel von Stepantsminda sein möchte. Man kann sich von den minibussen einfach an der Hauptstraße rauslassen lassen und dann kurz nach sioni reinlaufen. Ein kleiner Dorfladen ist 5 min entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Nino war super und sehr hilfsbereit und sehr schnell. Wir können sehr empfehlen in das Tal hinter Sioni zu wandern, sehr schön offen und tolle berge. Wir waren ende April komplett alleine im Tal.

Это было самое приятное и уютное место, которые очень сильно нас порадовало своими видами, гостеприимством и чистотой. Если бы можно было остаться подольше, мы бы так и сделали, нам очень не хотелось уезжать. Приятной неожиданностью было получить подарок от хозяйки дома Tea, её домашнее вино. Мы очень благодарны ей и если будет возможность, обязательно приедем ещё раз.

A casual but very cozy a-frame with incredible mountain views. The place is quiet, hardly any traffic on the road in front of the house, you can't hear the neighbors either. Great place to get away from the city and enjoy the views

The view from the cabin was out of the world amazing! Even the night sky view was breathtaking. The owner is really kind and although doesn’t speak English, yet does her best to help the guests. Highly recommended!!

Het huisje heeft alles wat nodig is voor een comfortabel verblijf. Alles is nieuw en het bed is heel comfortabel. Het huisje staat aan de rand van het dorp. Het dorpje Sno is heel mooi en de mensen zijn heel vriendelijk. Vanuit het huisje kan je mooie wandelingen maken. Wij hebben ook een toer gedaan met paarden. Alles was heel positief aan ons verblijf.

A hidden gem in the mountains! Cozy little house with huge windows and the most breathtaking views. So peaceful, clean, and just like in the photos. The kitchen is tiny but has all you need for simple meals — just bring food with you, there are no shops nearby. You have to walk uphill a bit to reach the house, but it’s totally worth it. The river sounds, fresh mountain air, and epic views make this place perfect for a quiet escape. Big thanks to the kind and responsive hosts — always quick to answer and super helpful. If you’re coming from Tbilisi: head to Didube station for a minibus or van to Stepantsminda. From there, try to take a taxi or find a local driver to get to Juta.
