كانت اقامتي ممتازه . واجهتني بعض العقبات . كان المضيف سريع في الرد وايجاد الحلول . هناك بعض الملاحاظات البسيطه . لقد ذكر المضيف ان للضيوف لديهم الحق في الحصول على خصم ٢٠٪؜ على جميع علاجات المنتجع الصحي وعلى جميع منافذ تناول الطعام في المنتجع وعند ذهابنا لهم ابلغونا ان الخصم فقط للمالك وليس للضيوف . ابلغت ذلك للمضيف بهذي الملاحظه . وللامانه هذي الملاحظه لاتقلل ابد التقييم . لان من المأكد انه فيه سوء فهم من الطرفين . هذي كانت الملاحظه . ايظاً ذكر لنا المضيف انه تخضع خدمات التنظيف الاضافيه بانها متوفره ولكن يوجد عليها رسوم . وفي اخر ليله سألتهم وذكروا لي طاقم التنظيف بأنه مجاني 😄. لان في كل الايام قمنا بالتنظيف بأنفسنا ولم نستفيد من هذي الخدمه . قد يكون فيه سوء فهم في ذلك . وشكراً مره اخرى للمضيف على احترافيته . كما ذكرت سابقاً بان هذي الملاحظات لم تمنعنا من الاستمتاع في المنتجع وكان فيه خيارات بديله لها في المول اللي بجانب الفندق . 💐

Exaxtly what I expected. Nice appartment with all you need for short stay . Clean. Perfectly maintained pool. Garage parking as well. Will reccomend if sou have car . 45 min to BIC and Maressi Galleria mall just behind corner . Nice stay, Alexandra - thank you.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement proposé par Abdulaziz. L'appartement est situé dans un lieu magnifique coller au Mall Marassi galleria. Tous est fait pour passer un bon séjour, les restaurants sont proche la plage à 1min , et la piscine a débordement à la sortie de l'ascenseur. Je tenais particulièrement a remercier Abdulaziz pour sa communication, rapide et disponible 24h/24. Toutes ses recommandations sont au TOP et il est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Si vous recherché un endroit classe, calme avec toutes les commodités c'est l'endroit idéale.

The place was absolutely stunning! The apartment is gorgeous, and the view is spectacular. The place has most things you need for cooking - they might just want to invest in a few more items, but it was perfect, and we would stay again. They even provided a little welcoming gift and had it on the table ready for us. It's peaceful and tranquil!

اقامه رائعه وسكن نظيف للغايه بالضبط نفس الصور ، الشقه رائعه والغرف جميله الاسره والاغطيه نظيفه جداً الصاله اطلالتها رائعه والمطبخ متكامل ، الوصول للمكان سهل جداً وتسجيل الدخول سلس للغايه ، المضيف كان رائع وسريع الاستجابه ، كما انه تستطيع استخدام كل مرفقات فندق الادرس ، السعر جداً معقول مقابل المكان والخدمه والاطلاله ، المواقف ممتازه والدخول سلس الى مجمع مراسي .
