Ideally situated at Marston, the house is located in a quiet area and provides easy access to the heart of Oxford, John Radcliffe Hospital. One off road free parking is available. House rules: Volume must be kept down between 10.30pm to 7am to minimise disturbances to others. Water pipes can be loud. Strictly no party or event.

Our new Airbnb annexe is located in the UK’s largest self build development: Graven Hill and only a six minute drive to Bicester Village. The Airbnb annexe is part of a low energy (A) rated architect’s home. It has its own self check-in entrance at the side of the house, and a dedicated guest parking bay with CCTV at the front of the house. The annexe is wheel chair accessible but not suitable for infants. The annexe aims to provide a tranquil, safe and five star review room experience.

Launton village itself has a butchers, deli /farmshop, shop and 2 pubs. The property is walking distance to all of these and also easy walking reach of the Tythe barn. Launton is a fantastic location to explore the Cotswolds, visit Oxford and to visit Blenheim palace.

The Old Parlour is situated on our small working farm in the stunning Oxfordshire countryside. It is an annexe adjoining to the farmhouse. We are in a rural location, situated a mile away from the main road. This makes it the perfect spot for walkers and cyclists, however our close proximity to Bicester Village makes it perfect for shoppers too. The Paddock Annexe is a detached, 2 storey apartment in the grounds of The Paddock House. It has one parking space and private entrance. It is located in the peaceful village of Holton, just 6 miles from the centre of Oxford. Oxford, High Wycombe and London are all easily accessible and there are lots of transport links nearby. This is a great location for the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford University and Oxford Brookes.
