Very quite cul-de-sac residential area which backs on to native tropical forest with lots of native bird life. Wild mango trees run down a small stream on the south side of the property, which you are most welcome to pick and eat when they are in season, we have bananas, lemons, breadfruit, soursop just to name a few on the property which we are happy to share

Centrally located within walking distance to town & restaurants. 2 min drive to town, 10 min drive to popular swimming spot - Muri Beach. Swimming in the lagoon out front is rocky with some sandy patches for swimming.

The bungalow is located on Tikioki Beach, at the southern end of Muri Beach and has the advantages of being on the ’right’ side of the island without being in the centre of the Muri Beach developed area. The best restaurants and other attractions are a comfortable walk down the beach, while privacy is assured. The wide lagoon in front of the bungalow is on the edge of a large marine reserve, with the best snorkeling on Rarotonga.
