Guests also receive exclusive & unlimited use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, and dock w/swim platform from early May until late October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots. There are expansive views of Lake Wabasis, a sandy beach, and a secluded & verdant backyard with an adjacent vernal pond that's filled with wildlife and enchanting forrest sounds.

A short drive to Michigan’s Adventure amusement/water park, golf, & downtown events make this the perfect vacation spot! Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this cozy waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. There are 2 bedrooms, front deck, side patio, bonfire pit w/benches & gas BBQ grill. Swan cottage also includes an 18' pontoon w/60 hp motor, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock from early May - late October (weather permitting). The cottage is dog friendly, however, yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable & doggie life vests.
