Situated on on 2 large lots w/private beach & expansive views of Lake Wabasis in front, as well as private pond out back filled year-round w/wildlife. Lake Wabasis is approximately 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. It's an all-sports lake w/excellent fishing year-round.

Unwind and explore nature and National Forests, trails and lakes at our cozy Up North, lodge nestled on the peaceful shores of Sisson Lake near Bitely and Baldwin. Snowmobile from our driveway on the local roads or on the nearby trails. Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in one of our 2 queen beds. Pull-out couch for extra sleeping. Fully equipped kitchen and propane gas grill. Try your luck at Ms.Pac-Man and Galaga on our arcade game. Large yard for lawn games and firepit for roaring campfires.

Riverbend Ranch is a place to rest and reset. A place where you can find adventure for the outdoor enthusiasts and peacefulness for those who seek tranquility. Deer run through these ravines and salmon swim through the river bend, come see all the wildlife! Enjoy soaking in the hot tub and spending time with those you love on the ranch! Please note we do have a rental agreement to sign. This is to ensure a wonderful stay for you as our delighted guest and for others that come after you!

Little Log cabin on the Big Muskegon River.

This sweet little cabin on the river is a remodeled/updated log cabin from the 1940’s. Simple and slightly rustic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! We think it has the best view on the whole river. There is shallow water and a sand bar mid-river in front of the house. The swans, geese, ospreys and Bald Eagles are a treat to watch. The cabin is a relaxing and intimate getaway for couples. It is cozy in the winter with a small hot tub overlooking a beautiful view.

Mowby Lake is spring-fed with a sandy clean beachfront. The updated cottage offers 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths. Rich with amenities & centrally located to MI's favorite tourist towns. Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has been completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.
