Boasting 200' of private frontage, this cottage sleeps up to 5, with at home amenities, as well as outdoor activities including kayaks, paddle boat, fishing poles and yard games. Welcome to Swan Cottage. Nestled in a quiet cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has 66' of shoreline with private beach; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and a stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we do provide ground stakes & cable ties. And throughout the warmer weather months (May-October), guests also have FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and private dock on the property.

This sweet little cabin on the river is a remodeled/updated log cabin from the 1940’s. Simple and slightly rustic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! We think it has the best view on the whole river. There is shallow water and a sand bar mid-river in front of the house. The swans, geese, ospreys and Bald Eagles are a treat to watch. The cabin is a relaxing and intimate getaway for couples. It is cozy in the winter with a small hot tub overlooking a beautiful view.

Welcome to our cottage! We are located directly on the Muskegon River in Newaygo Michigan. The Muskegon River is known for its great fishing. You can fish right out front of the cottage or bring your own river boat and keep it at our dock. Kayak and tube rentals are available in town. Enjoy the intimate feel of the cottage with cozy rooms and a fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy eating in. Downtown Newaygo has many restaurants and shopping if you want to venture out.

Here you’ll find the perfect place to unplug for a couple of days of peace and tranquility. We’ve also recently added a prayer chapel along the side of our home for our family, friends and treehouse guests to have a special place to pray and connect with God if you would like.
